Overall I receive a very good service from IJT - a reasonable price and very prompt service so many thanks.
Minor issue is my printer does not recognise some of the cartridges which is really annoying.

My interaction with this company has been first class. I spoke to a lady called Caitlin prior to my final pruchaseandshe was more than helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. The cost of the refurbished laptop which I upgraded to a higher specification was extremely well priced.

Another purchase that didn't go to plan or as promised!
I placed my order and was told that delivery would probably be the following day, or by the day after that. Neither was achieved. I telephoned to check on the status of my order, and received no assistance whatsoever from a very unhelpful female, whose only offer was to give me the tracking number! When I said that she should track the order and get back to me, she accused me of being angry and it went downhill from there! (The order arrived on the fourth day, when including the day of placing my order as "Day 1"). That's it now, I've had enough of this with IJT. I truly don't feel inclined to buy from them again!
