Great prizes and great service
Great prizes, I won 6 times and 1 of them was a £250 helmet whoop whoop. Very easy process and prizes are sent out instantly

You might just win big...
I've been playing with Ignite Comps for about a year now, and it’s been a brilliant experience from the start. The competitions are always well run, the prizes are genuinely exciting, and the odds feel fair compared to other sites.
This year (10/7 draw), I was lucky enough to win a Harley Sportster — something I never imagined would actually happen. The whole process from the win to receiving the bike was smooth and professional. The team kept me updated throughout and made the whole thing feel really personal and special.
If you're thinking about giving it a go, I’d highly recommend it. Great prizes, great people, and who knows — you might just win big like I did!

Misleading and untrustworthy…
Entered a comp they ran, it had low entries 18% sold if I remember correctly. So once ended looked at results and some of the prizes mentioned, had not been won, to me this is cheating and misleading, this apprantly is in normal for this type of comp, but it’s not clear in their adverts or the main pic…. It’s very misleading and disappointing.. I’m sure they will reply to this and say all info is there, and it probably is, but it needs to obvious… it’s not transparent and it screams untrustworthy. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS…

Hi Richard,
As explained over messenger I understand there’s been some confusion around how our Instant Win competitions work, and that you feel misled. That’s certainly not something we like to hear, and I’m genuinely sorry that’s how it’s come across. However, I do disagree.
We’ve been trading for four years and always aim to be as transparent as possible. Instant Win competitions are a relatively new concept for us too, and while we’ve done our best to explain how they work, I can appreciate they might be a bit confusing at first glance but as you rightly say it does explain in the text on the page and in the FAQ. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll definitely take it on board as we look at how we can make the format even clearer moving forward.
To clarify: you did have a fair chance to win instantly, and your entries were also included in the final prize draw. So while you may not have hit an Instant Win, your participation was valid and counted fully toward the end draw.
Our standard draws are a bit more straightforward and easier to understand — one end prize, and all end prizes are guaranteed regardless of ticket sales.
Great site

Tried at least a dozen times to buy tickets for the 350 Royal Enfield to no avail. I could see there were items in my basket...but could I get to check out? Well no! Followed the advice, cleared my cache and started again but nothing....not good fellas!!

Gift Ideas
I recently bought the tea light display board as a house warming gift for my friend. The perfect size for her dining table. Lovely quality and a great price. Thank you to the team at Ingnite for helping me choose.

Tried to buy tickets several times but the link, webpage and FB post link does not load. Really annoying as this bike looks awesome and had to sell mine through ill health 3 years ago. Please try to sort the problem in time before the draw 🙏

Open and honest
Open and honest draw, great prizes, lots of bikes and watches, odds are decent compared to some sites. Yet to win but I’ll keep trying!

The same people seem to win every draw
The same people seem to win. Last nights draw was a total shambles. Won’t be using again.
In response to the reply below, I’ve now left a review on Feefo for them.
On the draw I had tickets for there was more than one repeat winner. So my comment was factually correct.

It's entirely unfair to leave 1 star review because you didn't win and there was repeat winner the one time you entered, to say 'The same people win every draw' is factually incorrect and actually potentially quite damaging. The same people don't win every draw. We have had some repeat winners but everyone has the same chance of winning!
Ask yourself, why would we as a business want repeat winners? How does that benefit us? It doesn't, it has people like you questioning the authenticity but we have no control over who wins, it's completely random and thats the beauty of it. Winners come back and buy more tickets, they have the same chance of winning as everyone else!
Obviously, in the earlier days our audience was smaller, so the chance of a repeat winner was higher with less people entering but we've only had a handful of repeat winners in the 3 years we've been operating! Everything we do is transparent and go to great lengths to show that our service is genuine.
Transparency is key for us which is why all our winners are listed on the Winners page of the website, all entrants numbers are listed on the entry list page of the website and the draws are live.
Very happy that you 'won't use again', surprised you'd even have time looking at all your other Trustpilot reviews. 👊
Looks good
Free entry system works well, but only once, will wait till closer to draw dates to buy tickets. Looks good.

Great company. Super prizes and 100% transparent.
I haven't won (yet) but have entered twice and followed the live draws. I had a query, emailed and Kelvin replied quickly. Great company. Super prizes and 100% transparent. Go-on – got to be in it to win it as they say.
