Great booking experience

I have used Leo from Iglu Ski for the last couple of years and he was was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with assisting our group find the package that suited us for price, quality and best conditions. I thoroughly recommend him and his company and will use him in years to come

A good chat with Joe at IgluSki, holiday booked successfully and quite straight forward. Only 'downside' was I emailed a query which no one got back to me about. It wasn't a major issue but it would have been nice to get a reply. Once I'd studied the messages however, it was self explanatory.

I always have a good experience booking via Iglu. They provide clear information and options having the expertise to support my needs. On this occasion I was supported by Leo and Paul. Both were excellent and knowledgeable.

Jack went above and beyond to help with our booking, he was polite, extremely patient, and had great communication skills

Iwan was knowledgeable and patient with my enquiries for a group booking with a long list of requirements. Luckily he was able to accommodate almost all of the items and so we are happy to book our annual package holiday with Igluski. Dec who took payment was also friendly.

Amy in customer service was brilliant, answering all my questions when booking and following up on my queries regarding rail transfers and ski carriage afterwards. I’ve used iglu ski before and have always been impressed by their professionalism

Telephoned IGLUSKI to ask about some variations on their web offering. The agent, Amy, was excellent and gave me the details I needed and we booked our holiday in Canada!!!

Always get a great service and easy to deal with. It’s useful having someone on the phone/email for any queries rather than having to deal direct with the tour company.
