Great product and fantastic customer service

I had a problem with my dandelion lights and contacted Idyll Home.
I was given clear advice as to how to check my lights, etc, and when this did not solve the problem they arranged for a collection of my lights.
I have now received replacement lights and my garden is once again pretty at night time, especially for the hedgehogs that visit when I am sleeping.
A very happy customer and prickly friends.

We purchased the Vence Window box x 2 in October 2021. They were not cheap. It is "crafted from galvanised metal". We anticipated a few years of use on the front wall of our property. It is now rusted and filled with holes both unsightly and unusable. Contact with Idyll has proved of no benefit. Beware!

A really efficient company to deal with and very competitive prices. Customer service above and beyond and this was tested when I had a tiny issue - they could not have been more willing and prompt in resolving it. I see they have mainly 5 star reviews and these are very well deserved.

The product delivered was very different from the picture. The product wasn’t on a pallet but then had to be returned on a pallet. So far not a good experience and now fighting to get my money back.

I would highly recommend this store. I bought a beautiful terracotta bowl in their sale which was much reduced from its original price and cheaper than anywhere else I could find it online.
It arrived securely packed within days despite many outlets still being closed for the Christmas break.
This is the second time I have bought items from this company and I have not been disappointed with either the quality of the items nor the care and speed with which they have been dispatched.

Prompt delivery. The lights on the copper star didn't twinkle like the description said so a bit disappointed with that but otherwise ok.

Just bought a lamp. Nice looking but dreadful technical design: impossible to disassemble to insert the bulb - and the bulb recommended was simply too large. The item is no longer available and there are no reviews. I wonder why.
Idyll home now want me to buy packaging and pay postage to return their bulky and faulty item. They are not willing to collect it. They also suggest I should have kept the packaging (for months?) in case of a problem.
Honestly, I try to support small / independent businesses but John Lewis here I come.
