Idodance has friendly and patient instructors who work hard to make sure you have fun whilst learning. Bea and Lee weren't the first instructors I learned with but they're definitely the best and I'm still enjoying myself after more than 7 years with them.

Lee and Bea are amazing teachers, they are extremely patient and make it a very enjoyable experience. Idodance is a great way to learn the fun and skills of dancing together either as a couple or as friends. Lee and Bea are extremely welcoming and are very good at recognising your weaknesses and strengths. Ballroom and Latin dancing is perfect for maintaining physical coordination as well as memory agility. There is no age limit. There is the added bonus of making good friends with other dancing couples. Beware, if the bug bites, it could take over your life 🥰

We have done a 30 week rock n roll class and loved it. We are now taking the Latin & ballroom class and are having fun. Lee & Bea are excellent teachers, they give you confidence and make each lesson easy to follow. The social dances are also great fun. We recommend Idodance for any beginner.

If you have ever dreamed of taking up ballroom and Latin dancing, don’t hesitate, one of the best things you will ever do.
Bea and Lee are great teachers and their assistants are also on hand to assist. They have a relaxed attitude but push you too if that’s what you want.
They break the technique’s down for you to make them easy to understand and quickly put you at ease.
Idodance is much more than a dance class, with plenty of extra open practice sessions, organised dance events, along with a great social scene.

It took 2 years of nagging at my husband to learn to dance and he eventually gave in and we enrolled with Idodance. It’s been such a great success and we only wish we had joined before!! Bea and Lee are mega patient and professional with a great sense of humour. The steps are taught at the right pace for us to understand and put into practice - my only downside is that I must let must husband lead which I find difficult!! We have made some lovely friends from our class and other classes, meeting up at social events and the annual Torquay dance weekend. Don’t hesitate - join Idodance - it’s an important part of our life now.

Two years later and we’re loving it. Bea, Lee and the team are so passionate and patient. Nearly all our original class are still learning and we have met some lovely friends. It’s such a enjoyable hobby that we can share. You get to practice what you’ve learnt in class at special events organised by Bea and Lee and the Torquay dance weekend is brilliant.

Bea & Lee are brilliant teachers and we enjoy every aspect of Idodance. We feel lucky to have found such a lovely ballroom dancing school, from the teachers to the other pupils everyone has been extremely welcoming and friendly. Beyond the classes there are also many other events available which are always very well organised and give an opportunity to meet people from other classes and see the progression you can expect.

Idodance is like a ballroom dancing family and from day one we have felt so welcome. We started when a new group class was formed and the lovely thing is you stay with the same class on the same day and time every term/year. We have enjoyed the social dances, practice mornings/evenings and the balls, as well as a weekend in Torquay which has given us the opportunity to meet dancers from other classes and form life long friendships. Bea and Lee are brilliant teachers and alongside our group lessons we have had private lessons which have been tailored to suit our requirements. We weren’t sure about starting ballroom dancing but it is honestly the best thing we’ve ever done and I would strongly recommend anyone of any age gives it a go, you will not be disappointed with Idodance!
