Love the bracelet n charms. Didn't take long to arrive. Quite disappointed I didn't get the nomination tool with the package, as I wanted to put the charms on straight away!! Great service tho.

Only partially happy
I was pleased with the items purchased and the speed of the delivery. I was however VERY disappointed that the charm tool was not in stock and this was not clear until the delivery arrived. As the purchases were a birthday present this was very significant. I rang to discuss the matter and the person spoken to was very apologetic but I am still waiting for the tool to arrive.

A brilliant website and excellent customer service!
I would definitely use this company again. The website was brilliant - I loved the way you could view each item by magnifying the image, which was much better than looking in the Trollbead catalog.
The delivery was excellent too. I ordered one day and received it the next - my wife was very happy to have her mother's day gift on time. I would recommend this seller to all my friends and will be using them myself again soon.

Quality goods, and quality service.
I made a foolish error when sending my order, and the company were very helpful in pointing this out immediately and corrected the order, thus saving me money. This leaves me with a very favourable impression, as the goods arrived on time, packaged neatly, and just what I wanted. I will use these people again.

Lovely Necklace with superfast delivery
Delighted with my Coeur de Lion necklace. Ordered after 4pm, arrived the next day in the morning post. Very good price as well. Highly recommend this company.
