I’ve had a positive experience with ID Medical! They are really prompt and great at helping you find roles that actually suit you. I worked directly with Sanaya who is lovely, super patient, and took the time to answer all my questions!

I am a senior Consultant Respiratory Physician and resigned my substantive post in 2019 (after an informative talk with the BMA pensions man). After 3 months at home, my wife made it clear i needed to go back to work and i'm delighted to be doing locum work as Respiratory Consultant physician for the NHS since then.
I have worked with Ms Denni Luya at ID-Medical for over 3 years (since October 2021) to the present. Denni Luya has proven to be both easy to communicate with and highly effective at matching me with Hospital Respiratory departments that are looking for my skill set and happy to match my availability constraints.
Working with Denni Luya backed by the ID-Medical team leaves me free to concentrate on delivering the medical care which i am passionate about and which i'm being paid for whilst Denni takes care of negotiating fees etc.
This agency is a stickler for 100% compliance with all relevant regulations including mandatory CPD, annual appraisal and 5 yearly revalidation as am i. I have always enjoyed doing CPD and keeping up to date. What is strikingly different in working with Denni and her colleagues at ID-Medical is the remarkably pleasant experience of working with their system designed to be efficient and easy to use.
In summary this is a highly professional, easy to deal with locum agency. My job placement needs have been very well looked after by Denni Luya.

I was very reluctant to take up my first locum consultant role until I came across Denni Luya from ID Medical.
