No sé más que hacer para que ellos dejen de intertar cobrarme por un servicio que no quiero continuar utilizando.
Me he inscrito un año sus íconos y no deseo más seguir con la inscripción, había puesto que no desearía renovación y todos los días están intentando cobrarme la nueva subscripción.
Ya he enviado por correo para su soporte diciéndoles que no quiero renovar y siguen con este intento de cobro, es casi un acoso.

You can find good animated gifts, photos and 3d models from Iconscout. They not have the greatest library but it is quite enough. Haleeza from help center were also very kind and helpful.

They force you to subscribe for a year, but their assets are very limited and disappointing. I couldn't find many of the assets that I needed for my projects. It's the worst service that I ever bought. I don't recommend this website to anyone. Save your money and time and look elsewhere

I have a charge of $179.99 that just showed up on my bank account. I have no idea where/when the subscription was solicited nor how they got my bank account information. I do not even use this service.

its a nightmare.

Fist of all they force you to become a yearly member and take the fee for the entire year and then you are stuck with the service.

The real problem is when I download a icon pack, they consider each dn every file inside the pack as individual download count and monthly limit of 2000 will be over if you download 25 packs in a month - even when you download a file in zip - zip has 4 files in and all 4 are considered as individual files and you are blocked from further downloads. I have complained so many times to them and they keep blaming cloudflare for blocking me, but the fact is that their limits are pathetic and I really hope no one buys subscriptions from them and hope that what ever money I have lost will be last and no one will lose money buy subscribing to them.

If you do want to get pathetic and horrifying service then go ahead and buy.

Quick and responsive support, great website for 3D artwork

Support was very helpful in resolving my issue. They were originally resistant, but made an exception to their policy due to logic and common sense, which is all you can ask for when expecting great customer service.

Absolutely useless subscription

They have more than 4 mil assets and after buying yearly subscription for $180 - I have limit of 1000 downloads per month and they are adding 6000 assets every day, what's the point of all those assets when we can't even download more?

They have not mentioned anywhere about these FUP limits on the pricing page, except on their terms page in small letters. They should have mentioned this on the pricing page then I would have never purchased this subscription.

I guess I don't have an option but to be their customer and download only 1000 assets per month and crib about them.

They are absolutely cold and rude in denying my refund request too.

Can't even download any icons for testing. No monthly subscription is offered. You have to pay for 1 year even if you don't want to. So if I want to download 5 icons I have to pay $179 USD which I personally think it's a rip off!!! Also adding 6000 assets daily is a lie to encourage people to sign up. I will never use this site and there are tons and tons of sites out there that offers everything this site offers and much more not to mention monthly subscription!!

The same situation is with the icons.

The fact they ask 155 dollars to use lotties and do not have any monthly offer as everyone else does, kills the interest to use lotties.
Why disclaiming it cost this of that every month if you don't give the possibility to pay monthly.
So I just won't use lotties at all. Waste of time.

I can't unsubscribe from their marketing emails because they disabled the email input field on their unsubscribe form. Even enabling it in the inspector doesn't do anything. This is malicious and terrible design.

I really hate their Mac desktop app. It always sneakily add itself to the startup list with no way to turn it off. When you delete it from the Login items, it keeps coming back when you launch the app.

You cannot buy single icon/image/illustration, instead you are forced to go with subscription that is yearly. So to make it straight, even if you want to buy single asset, it will cost you over $100 plus you need to remember to cancel subscription, otherwise they will charge you every year. Very uncool and unfair. 0/10
