I ordered a device. I spent $178.00
I kept up with tracking. I live in Virginia. Somehow, my order went from NY to an unknown address in Washington State. I tried sending several emails with no response. I paid through PayPal. I will try going through PayPal to get a refund. I believe that this is a fraudulent company. So please don't purchase anything through them.

At first was not sure if I was gonna get the product so I emailed them and they responded immediately and my package was there that day. I was extremely happy and told them that I would work with them again and I'm enjoying the product would recommend them.

I want to buy a needleless lip pen from these guys, but I’m scared any reviews?

I ordered over $400 of products, with free shipping. Great! All 3 items came separately, but the last item is now on hold because they are asking me to pay an additional $97 delivery fee! What! Tried to contact them but they are referring me back to DHL. They did not say there would be any additional “delivery fee”, and now I’m stuck with it. I will NEVER do business with this company again, and neither should anyone else.

Faulty product. Missing items that were paid for Order 156796. Instruction manual written in such bad English it is incomprehensible.

I’m giving 1 star because you can’t give less.
I purchased an eyelash heated curler that didn’t work and they wanted me to send them a video, which I did then then asked for more details. After 2 weeks of back and forth I just gave up, threw it out and will never shop with them again.
Worst customer service I have ever had in a company. The product wasn’t worth all the hassle they put you through.
They shouldn’t be selling faulty products so be aware.

Bought a micro current device stopped working after a week. Emailed the company to try and return but they then said I needed to produce a video and picture of the divide not working. Very stupid considering you can’t video a micro current… they wanted a video and pictures. I said it was ridiculous that sending it back they could actually see it was broken. Terrible will never buy from them again.

I received my oder and one of my hyaluron pens didnt work . They sent me videos to see if we could fix it . It is un fixable. So they are sending me a new pen and it was sent out the next day. I'm very please so far.

I bought a hydraulic pen the company ship it to me but it got stolen out of my mailbox. After contacting the company and my mail carrier the company sent me another one. I thought I was going to out of money and the product. That wasn’t the case the company came through! This is a great company to order from.

Terrible company, late shipment, defective product and they will not give me an RMA. What is wrong with this company? Really bad experience....still waiting on RMA. Next action is required. STAY CLEAR OF THIS OUTFIT.

I finally settled my dispute with PayPal. It took a lot of effort but I succeed in wining against this fraud company. STAY AWAY FORM THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely horrible company in China. ibeautyneed sent me a defective device that never worked from day one and then gave me the runaround about returning it. I finally filed a claim with PayPal and ibeautyneed gave me the wrong address to ship it back to. So now I'm out $100 and have no way of returning this junk. I will leave this review in as many places as I can so someone doesn't have to go through this. It's been going on for 2 months.

Buyers beware. This company looks legit but it is not. I ordered the 9+9 Laser Picosecond Pen on July 2, 2022 with payment through PayPal to my credit card. I printed out the receipt and it stated that the product would arrive between 10 and 20 days from Hong Kong. I waited patiently as I tracked it through the Global tracking app they sent me. I began emailing them on July 27 and 29,2022 asking where is my order. They respond with auto email saying it’s arriving late. On July 30,2022 I called my credit card company and filled them in on this matter. I waited patiently before taking action. I finally received it on August 5, 2022 and to my great disappointment the device did not work. It only turned on and was not functioning properly with the settings or the blue light or red light appeared to not come on. Frustrated and greatly disappointed for the time I waited It took 36 days to arrive from when I ordered it. I immediately called my credit card company and filed a dispute. At that very moment I emailed the company, and again to my great disappointment the company has not responded to me at all. I have text them everyday, so six more times. I decided to look them up and write a review on there fraud business practice. I hope this helps any future buyers on their decision to purchase from this company to be Buyers beware.

This is wholly awful company. I ordered a product and they sent an used item that does not work at all.
I asked them to refund my money. They want me to pay postage for sending it back to them. I paid delivery fee when purchased and they asked me to pay again. why i have to pay twice. I contact them but no respond and blocked me. DO not buy from this bad company. you will lose your money

Don't trust this vendor. It a scam. I have make an order and paid US Dollar, it came back and refund without any notification.

It make money from the exchange rate and the transaction fee. I lost $30 in fee for nothing.

Recommend to stay away.

This is a legit company out of China with reliable shipping and tracking and solid beauty supplies. I ordered a Hifu machine at a really great price and they shipped free with tracking to Canada and it arrived in perfect shape 4 weeks later...no customs duties nor taxes. I wasn't sure how to set it up and I messaged them; they sent me the manual and instructions the same day. I would def recommend this supplier!

I will always shop this site! This company believes in helping their customers and I will always remember their kindness! I stupidly dropped the head of my mole removal pen in the sink and down it went! I wrote to this company and without any question whatsoever, they sent me a new one!

This company is A1 in my book! Customs took my first machine! So they promptly sent another! Then my 2nd machine got lost in shipping! They immediately sent another! I finally received it! They replied to my emails quickly and were extremely helpful! Definitely 5 star worthy! I love great customer service!

I ordered some materials 5 months ago and never received the package. They won't even respond to my emails anymore. Do not deal with this company otherwise you will lose your money.
