Worst provider.
Server lag and crashes permanently. Support can respond within a week or just keep silence. No moneyback. Server disconnected without warning for the reason like DDoS or any other. After trying to get refunded after downtime they shut down a server without warning. Really appalling service, There are many better companies out there that give you better quality, service, support.

Sehr schlechte Leistung seitens anbietter.Lags ohne ende,problemloesung nicht ausreichend oder fuerth zum konflikten mit dem support,server weden ohne vorwarnung abgeschaltet wegen angaeblichen DDoS,refund wurde nicht augezahlt.Keine Deutschsprechende mitarbeiter des supports.Fazitt:Suchen Sie sich einen anderen anbietter.
They keep generating invoices for you to pay .. your server comes down from nonwhere... in the server administration they have an option to enable whitelist, but its just foolish because even when you enable it, it is actually never enabled.. you have to open a ticket for them to enable this stupid option. I learned that in the hard way.. now Im trying to cancel my server and they keep saying that I have two invoices to pay of 63 euros each.. its simple ridiculous and worthless.
STAY AWAY from them.

Фигня, а не компания! Сервера не стабильны, поддержки нет, деньги воруют! Вместо решения проблем - сплошные отговорки и "завтраки", техподдержка бездействует, все попытки мирного решения конфликта сводились к одному - "идите к ...".
Самая худшая контора их всех, которые я знал, не связывайтесь с ними!
Garbage, not the company! Servers are not stable, there is no support, money stolen! Instead of solving problems - solid excuses and "let did it tomorrow", technical support is inactive, all attempts at a peaceful solution to the conflict boiled down to one thing - "go to ...".
The worst of all the office that I know do not mess with them!

We have rented servers from i3D. But we could not use them due to the fact that the servers were constantly lagging and crashes. Also this company is practicing such thing as null route. That means that at any time they can simply turn off your server with a DDoS cause. Null route time varies from 6 hours to a week. Nobody makes any compensation, all these made off by a customer who has already made the payment. They do not want to return money even there is an open claim or dispute in PayPal. We have referred them 2 clients who have gone after several months because most of the time the service was unavailable. Support just mocks clients with answers and questions, without solving the problem, only to simulate the appearance of work, they closure the tickets simply by taking the client into submission, as can be rewritten on the open ticket several times per day, for a week or two or a month, and a problem stay as it was, and remains unresolved.
And you can believe that it is not a temporary problem - it is permanent situation.
I highly recommend NOT TO communicate with i3D as you're just wasting your time, money, customers or players.

", а если уже поменяли, с ущербом для себя (переехав куда-нибудь в Африку), но "воз и ныне там", они найдут ещё тысячу отговорок, чтоб не делать перерасчет.

Поддержка клиента на нулевом уровне, масса технических проблем (лаги, фризы, падения серверов). Все списывается на DDoS атаки. Смена оборудования, адресов и физических локаций результатов не дает. После систематических попыток добиться исправления недостатков, поддержка просто перестает общаться. В итоге назло отключили сервера, удалили баланс и историю платежей. После выставления претензии через PayPal начали общаться, уговорили отозвать претензию в обмен на изменение локации с гарантией качества. Но ситуация не изменилась, деньги на баланс так и не вернули, хотя были предоплачены три сервера, и остаток составлял около 500 евро. Вот уже три недели пытаемся добиться возврата денег, но результата нет, вопреки обещанию все исправить. В итоге ссылаются на то, что человек который с нами общался в отпуске, когда вернется неизвестно и сейчас ничего сделать не могут. В итоге все выглядит так, что они просто присвоили наши деньги. НЕ СВЯЗЫВАЙТЕСЬ С НИМИ, НЕ СМОТРИТЕ НА ЦЕНЫ! МОШЕННИЧЕСТВО И ВВЕДЕНИЕ В ЗАБЛУЖДЕНИЕ КЛИЕНТОВ!

After a systematic attempt to achieve correct deficiencies, support simply ceased to communicate. In the end, luck would have disconnected the server, removed the balance and payment history. After issuing a claim with PayPal started talking, we were persuaded to withdraw the claim in exchange for a change of location with quality assurance. But the situation has not changed, the balance of the money was never returned, although there were prepaid three servers, and the residue was about 500 euros. For the past three weeks, we are trying to get money back, but the result is not, despite the promise to fix it. As a result, it refers to the fact that the person who communicated with us on vacation, when he returns unknown and now can not do anything. As a result, it looks that they simply appropriated our money. Do not mess with them, despite RATES! FRAUD AND MISREPRESENTATION CUSTOMERS!

Если бы было можно оценить на 0, я бы поставил 0. На всем протяжении аренды в i3D сервера лагали и падали. i3D списывали все на DDoS атаки. Перекидывали нас с сервера на сервер, меняли оборудование. В итоге сервера бОльшую часть времени были недоступны. На тикеты отвечали по нескольку дней. В итоге просто остановили предоплаченные сервера с причиной "ах так, тогда получайте". Деньги не отдают.
If it was possible to give 0, I would give 0. Throughout rent there were lags and crashes. i3D told that the reason is DDoS attacks. We are thrown from the server to the server, change the equipment. They do not care about their customers. They blindly rebooted my server, multiple times, without ever contacting me. They also changed the IP without telling me, I had to figure it out by myself.

Technicians are useless, servers crash constantly, network connectivity is abysmal unless you host your server in Rotterdam, my procon layer is continually broken everytime the server crashes. Technicians always make lame excuses about their low service quality often blaming the customer.
Absolutely useless. -50/10
Edit: apology not accepted. My advice for anyone reading this is to try another server host, I have been very happy with Fragnet after my abysmal i3d server and would gladly recommend Fragnet.

We are leasing half a rack within the SmartDC datacenter through i3d. We got 2 different internet uplinks and 2 power feeds (A+B feed). In the last 2 years we never experienced any downtime at all. Staff is skilled, they know their stuff.
First they set the server up all wrong then after that it does not work for 2 weeks! tech guys dont have a clue what they are doing.
I had to go through paypal to get my money back.
Now they send threats to take me to court for money!! for a server i could not even use.
I would leave NO stars if i could.
Stay well away from these unprofessional fools.
Very pleased with the server so far, support is very good for the price and you'll typically get replies within 15 mins - 2 hours from my experience. Had a few hiccups with the first server i had but was resolved with a new server. Had a HDD in the new server which developed a bad sector and this was replaced within a few hours, i removed the faulty drive from the RAID array incorrectly resulting in a corrupt OS, this was obviously not i3D's fault. They restored the server with a new OS and RAID1 free-of-charge which they could happily have charged me for. Fantastic network, good hardware (for the price), good price and good support (again, for the price).
I currently have a Xeon X3430, 16GB RAM, 2x 250GB HDDs and 25TB @ 1Gbps. The 1Gbps connection can 99% of the time be completely maxed without any problems. I currently pay 30 euro per month and think it's great value for money.
How can you operate with such a low service level. Surely your response to your customers both internal and external should be far higher than it currently is. If messages were passed to the proper departments and if people responded with at least some empathy for their customers, and if their service offered came up to the level they promise then fine, but no, they are unable to retain our custom due to their own failings.
