Hunter valley granite and marble, fitted a damaged stone top, proceeded to blame the supplier, quoting, it's in the pre finish, so basically washed their hands of blame, they also stated they cannot check for damage prior to install due to artificial light, measurer incorrectly measure the Hamptons style stand out island bench, which is a different design to the kitchen benchtop, being lambs tongue and a completely different colour, presumed, assumed it was 18ml, didn't even bother asking me, although I was sat right next to him, they had a little chat chat in their office, and have decided that they have fulfilled their obligations and also told me, I had agreed verbally that it was 18ml, the island ends were in visual distance right next to my front door, measurements of the island shouldn't of been taken without ends in situ, but he did so without, verbal and written consent, staff are rude, and not willing to fix mistakes, they prefer to blame everyone else but their selves, refusing to give me the tech info fir an appointment that has been booked by the makers of the stone, Amanda especially shouldn't be a customer services manager as she lies about who she is, one minute she told me she would get a manager, in the next breath she told me she was the manager. I wouldn't trust this company to solve issues, they'd rather cause them!!
