super speedy delivery and loved that it came all wrapped up and in a bag rather than chucked in a box! lovely delivery lady , plants and pots in great condition! was my first time buying from hutch and will 100% be ordering again! my house will be looking like a rain forest soon!!

Lovely shop with great range of plants - visited beforehand but wanted to give a birthday surprise gift so decided to look into delivery later in month. Really helpful member of staff on phone who advised on availability of plant i was hoping to purchase - bought an e-gift card which will be well used!

I found the plant of my dreams (Monstera Thai Constellation) for a reasonable price. The shop was prompt with shipping and the plant was very well packaged. It's a good sized plant and none of the leaves were damaged. The newest leaf was a bit stressed (normal thing to occur) but it bounced back within a few days. I'm in love! Thank you for making my dream come true.

I visited the store, however, it was closed. So I emailed to ask when they would next be open and they got back to me very quickly! They said they were closed because of an emergency but I really appreciated that they then offered to deliver to me due to my busy schedule:) Great customer service and my plant looks so healthy and beautiful!

Cant praise them enough. Apart from the fact that their houseplants are of the finest quality (I am a professional horticulturalist) the customer service was second to none. I bought a plant online for my daughters birthday who is at University in Exeter. The halls address didn't work at the checkout so I emailed them, not expecting to hear back for a few days, Rob emailed me back within 10 minutes (and this was 8.30pm) and after 2 or 3 exchanged emails extending until 9.30pm the transaction was completed and the plant was delivered 2 days later in time for her birthday and she loved the plant which was top quality, great value and in excellent condition. I'm so pleased, you don't get service like this just anywhere, as a small business owner myself I know that they really have gone the extra mile to sort things out for me. Amazing quality plants at reasonable prices. Website is easy to use. Wanted to filter plants where they were pet friendly. All plants have a ‘how to care for’ which is extremely helpful. Would highly recommend Hutch plants.

I bought a plant from the Hutch Houseplants shop and took it home to a different county. Once home there were problems with my plant. I contacted the team at Hutch and as I lived far away and they were closed over the Christmas period, they gave me a voucher to cover the cost and I was able to buy some other plants. Absolutely stellar customer service.
