The lady (Gemma) cldnt have been more helpful as I was not sure of the name of plant. She checked with a colleague, phoned me back, took infinite care with a small fern which arrived in excellent condition.... and a joy to talk to.

Called Hitch to make an enquiry about gift vouchers and received a very helpful and friendly response. Purchased a voucher online and it was received immediately. The gift was spent by the gift recipient and their purchase arrived within a couple of days. Excellent service all round!!

The best plant store in Devon
Firstly, I absolutely love Hutch Houseplant store and I always end up getting another plant for my collection! This time I ordered online, and my Monstera Thai Constellation came beautifully wrapped and in perfect condition. Highly recommended.
