The service was super great they were helpful with my issues for the server, and their pricing was a really great deal and it runs super well for me and my friends. I highly recommend checking out their website if you are looking for a cheap server to play with you and your friends :)

I paid 17$ for a server and the user didn’t work, I wrote in dircord and they banned me, don’t use this.

Fantastic Service, pretty good compared to all services from other host i have used before.

Been a client since 2020. Other than some minor inconveniences, 2020 to middle of 2023 was a smooth sailing period. And then the issues started:

Aug. 1st, 2023: The client startup field was not working. We asked for the addition of Aikar's flags manually, through a ticket. A tech support agent replaced the whole startup command with JUST the flags, leaving us unable to start the server for 4 hours, until they fixed it.

Oct, 26th, 2023: A total of almost 24 hours of downtime due to server node failure.

Feb. 25th, 2024: Server node goes down Sunday morning. Support does not reply to our ticket until Monday evening, when they tell us they've messaged the data center and are waiting for a fix. Server is fixed Tuesday evening.

Mar. 16th, 2024: Server node goes down AGAIN, Saturday morning. Support AGAIN does not reply to our ticket until Monday morning. They are also ignoring all messages on Discord from other server owners asking for an explanation. Server is fixed Monday evening. Support team FINALLY replies with a weak PR apology a whole day after the issue is fixed. No credit for the 5 days the server has been down the last month though, can't let an apology affect their wallets.

The hardware issues were probably an unfortunate circumstance (or a very cheap choice in datacenter), but I can not excuse the terrible service and support. EVEN IF you're fine with this skeleton crew level of support, there's cheaper hosts out there. Avoid.

I used this hosting service a lot back in the days. Few days back i bought a server me and few of my friends wanted to play modded minecraft. I even bought advanced support addon. Whats my issue?
currently 2 days without the modpack added onto the server. Support did not aswer me more than 24hrs.

Sencillamente tenía mucho miedo de comprar un host por si me estafaban, confíe en este por las buenas reseñas y no me equivoqué, al inicio es verdad que tuve algunos problemas pero gracias a la excelente atención al cliente solucionamos los problemas y va perfecto. Muy buenas! Como gran experimentado jugador de mc, a lo largo de estos años he consumido una gran cantidad de hosts y este es de los mejores que he probado.

-Precio competitivo
-Nada de Lag
-Y una gran administración, por que acabo de tener un problema con el servidor, y me lo han arreglado en 5 minutos via discord, además nos han puesto una copia de seguridad gratuitamente de hace unas Horas.

I purchased a server with 6 GB of RAM from this hosting service, and after a few days, I chose the option to stop paying for their services. However, they took the liberty to distort the situation and falsely claim that I selected the immediate cancellation option. I do not recommend using this service.

Servidores rápidos y baratos. En si, muy intuitivo todo, como configurar el server, cambiar de versión, agregar mods. Y el equipo de soporte es muy eficiente. ¡Completamente satisfecho! :D
