Not a serious outfit
It was not simple to install, I needed support.
Today I was 3 hours in chat and no escalation - just “read the small print.” The eSIM failed when I needed it most, costing me an afternoon’s work. Disappointing support and reliability. No refund, only possibly a credit in the application. I would never ever trust this company again, so why would I want a credit note?
Just go elsewhere, they were not there when I needed them, could happn to you too!

I had some problems activating the e-sim, but when I contacted the customer the customer service - who was very helpfull and understanding- I soon was connected. I would like to see all types of customer services would be as hepfull as the hubby one.

Great customer service. I was trying to connect a previous provider’s travel E sim accidentally. Obviously with no luck so I contacted customer support via email and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Tip..change the name of the sim as advised, as to not cause any confusion. I noted that the prices were cheaper than my previous provider too so I will definitely use Hubby again. Thank you.
