The foreign woman recruiter is very rude and unproffesional, rang up about a job offer in goole simple ass job just lifting and thats it. The recruiter on phone waffling away getting all my info first then leave to the very last that the job needs required 1 year previous experience in heavy lifting. WOW LIKE LIFTING OBJECTS IS SUCH A SKILL U NEED 1 YEAR WHEN U DONT!! . . . . It doesent even say on the actual application that you need 1 yr so chances are she fabricated that lie right on the spot while on phone. Then the dumb woman says pity then abrubtly hangs up

Recruiter lied about pay and duration of the job they use £16-£17 for labourer jobs to get you to sign up then only pay minimum wage I was told 8 weeks ongoing for the right person to only be one week don't believe anything they say.

Would put 0 stars if possible disgusting agency

Lying about there pay rate, will advertise 16 to 17 an hour then pay you minimum wage. Avoid

I got cold called about a job. I spent 45 mins talking with Lauren who was impressed at my skills and work history. She then said that I seem like a great match for the job and would I speak with her manager, which I did and spent another 45 mins going through everything I had just told Lauren.

The manager lady said that I would be a great fit and that she was putting me forward for the job and that she will get back to me for the next steps.

Neither have got back to me even after emailing them to see what's happening. It's rude and unprofessional. If you're listing a job with these guys, don't. Of you can't have the decency to send me an email saying "sorry but not this time" after wasting 1h30 of my time on a cold call, you shouldn't be in the job.

I was contacted by Gayle at the Dumfries & Galloway office regarding an exciting opportunity, and from the very beginning she guided me through the entire process with professionalism and care. She kept me fully informed at every stage and made everything feel seamless. I'm now in my second month with the business and continue to be impressed by the dedication Gayle showed throughout. Her support was exceptional, and I can’t thank her enough!

My nephew was offered a job last August in Guernsey and it took until March for HR to sort it. During this time the person dealing with him made a gross error that cost me lots of money as this person had no idea how the process worked and it had to be sorted by higher management
They also made another error with his work permit that is still ongoing
This department needs a thorough overall and more training in how to do things properly
Also do not put new staff in employment recruitment who are not being properly monitored

Applied for numerous ( 5 jobs over 3 branches) with HRGO. One branch got back after about 3 weeks. Filled out all the paper work they requested. Didn't hear anything so chased up. Only to be told their is no job!

have a tendency of advertising jobs they don't actually have!

I was in contact with Ella at the northwest office, near and around the Wirral, and I'm very happy with the service I received. I had been out of work for 5+ months and at a bit of a low ebb, I had also been in contact with many different agencies, explained my situation, but never heard back again. HRGO and Ella on the other hand, were very helpful and she sent over a selection of jobs for me to apply for, I really appreciated this as she's the only person to follow up with me with a job offer. I would definitely recommend HRGO for that reason.

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. The job ended suddenly after a short period, and despite following up several times, I received no help or further opportunities.

There was no clear communication, and I didn’t feel supported at any point after the placement ended. I’ve worked with other agencies before, and they were much more reliable and helpful compared to this one.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this agency based on my experience.

Worst agency I've ever known very controlling of staff penny pinching your wages & hours .

They Promising a job for you you sugn a contract with the warehouse where you will work. They send you a start date , and than previous night they cancell the start date, after this they give you another 2 start date they cancell those ones too and after 1.5 months even if you e-mail them every 2nd day . They telling you they will keep updating you about the new start date and when you call them They saying they was already told you that warehouse where you waiting the start thats already shut down ! And When you say us not true you can prove it you asked constatly what's going on they just keep telling you , you can not say this!

Don’t registrate with them they absolutely unprofessional and untrustable , be carefull everyone

I was told that a company was looking for an engineer through the agency and applied and got the job sent over my details and certificates and now enjoying the work
Dealt with Libertie very good communicating and getting me the vacancy and all went well
I have worked for nearly 50 years and a lot of company’s do not care about the employers

Hrgo Recruitment is great, I appreciate the agent for their prompt payment of salary and quick response from them

Worse Agency I've ever experienced unprofessional management, taking advantage of desperate employees needing local work, having to suck up & give positive reviews as not to upset the management restrictions on hours to restrict overtime.
Beware treat with caution only use if last resort.

Ashford office is very poor, Ben Turner after offering shifts for the week then does not reply to emails and previously offers work then its withdrawn.

I joined HR GO at the Kingspan site in Holywell off of the back of finishing my university year and being home for the summer and overall I was very satisfied with my experience. HR GO understood my awkward availability with having plans for the summer and never had any issues with me having days off whenever I requested, whilst also offering me extra shifts here and there too which was great. I would recommend this job to anyone like myself who is after lots of working hours to keep busy as that is what you will receive at this job if you seek it. They also let me hold my position at the site too whilst I go back to university which I thought was nice touch.
