Ordered supplements at 12:45PM yesterday and they were delivered at my front door today before 11AM. Fantastic delivery service for anybody based in Ireland and the cheapest price for a particular supplement that I could find online. 10/10 recommend.

Been ordering products from them since 2019. Placed a order product arrived I cut bag opening to get strong smell of chocolate I always order vanilla. Emailed hp to get an email back to say product is damaged and they couldn't take it back, if I wanted to keep it they would refund me 10% said I don't want it I've never ordered chocolate flavour. It's no good to me I won't be taking it. They Sent email back product is damaged and they spoke to manager and offered 20% refund. I said product is not damaged its the wrong item sent out not what I ordered. Emails stopped I'm down 68euro and with wrong item

Delivery was good an really quick as always. But it wasn’t correct. Got different product from what I wanted. Ordered 2270 grams of nitro tech gold standard and ended up getting 1800 grams. Accidentally opened to try just one scoop so I couldn’t bring it back which is not nice at all. After I e-mailed them they told me they can give me 10% back if I want to keep wrong product, which won’t cover the difference in price. This was not the first time that I have ordered from here so I was very disappointed with what they offered me as a refund.

They never replied since May!. They have fast delivery but if you have problem no customer service available, you can only send message thru their website. I got a faulty protein shaker my HP Nutrition - Order 300282069.

I ordered from this company on recommendations. They delivered my order immediately. Emailed to show the status of the order. No issues. That's good customer service in my book.

Bought two steel shakers from them, the top broke off the first and I got a speedy refund, even though I asked for a replacement and not a refund, but fair enough.
A few days later the second one broke in the exact same way, I tried three to four times to get in contact with them, sending them picture proof as well and asking for a replacement, through various means on their website (Contact form/return form) and after nearly a month I've received no reply from them.

Great service. Ordered from them a couple of times. Orders delivered next day. Had to contact support once to edit my order, all went smooth and really efficient. Great shop! My only suggestion is adding more herbs/nootropics etc.

Like all BioTech USA products, Protein Power consists of safe and carefully selected ingredients.

As well as having a nutritional table stating 26g of protein per serving.

The order arrived and the label says 24g protein.

Emailed support telling them, their reply: first off they quoted their terms and conditions for nutritional information, then told me I was wrong and that it is clearly stated on the website. Abysmal website and abysmal support.

Best to double check on original products website as Hpnutrition doesn’t know how to input labels onto a computer.

The cheapest place to buy my proteins and supplements. I always go there first.

I'm not giving 5 stars because they are often out of stock of the items I usually buy, forcing me to buy in more expensive sites.

No hassles besides this. Shipments are fast in the Republic of Ireland. I highly recommend.

They offer second day delivery, and they work with An Post, NOT Fastway.

Poorly run business - exploiting independents!

Having ordered from HP Nutrition before and always having a positive experience I was appauled when I realised that they are exploiting other independently run Irish businesses. They have stolen the url and business name of a new Irish protein business so that all traffic be redirected to their site. I will be supporting independent businesses going forward and buying from the brands directly - for cheaper I may add!

Shame on you HP Nutrition

Why can't everyone company be like these guys? Never any issue, orders arrives quickly, prices are good and just the amount of packaging that is needed unlike so many companies that wastefully use huge cardboard boxes even when shipping small items.

I placed my order and I received my package the next day! Brilliant service

Ordered lunchtime July 15th and received order 7:30am July 18th, which was perfect as I needed it literally 10mins later before hitting the gym.
I've ordered a few times from here, using both the express delivery and regular. Definitely use the regular, it's actually faster!
