I rented a 2nd floor flat through Howkins & Harrison for over two years with my family, and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Throughout our tenancy, the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive with everything we needed. We are only moving out because we needed a larger space for our growing family, but we are genuinely sad to leave. They made renting completely stress-free—highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agent!

Lisa and the team have been great from day 1. Nothing was too much trouble and very efficient throughout.

Very bad experience with this company.i though of not putting reviews then someone like me will suffer .
I viewed a commercial property the trying to negotiate a price the agent said if you go a price then the vendor will accept. As per agent i gave all what he asked for and i am been chasing what happened for more than 2 weeks
He was good taking to me every time that saying i am also chasing vendor .then he comes and says that the tenant is buying the property.

First instance why are you showing these properties when someone is already done are trying to be smart with the buyer's. These are un professionals tactics
When someone new comes to the market these companies use unprofessional people handling the sale and we expert these agent to be good but they are not
If you expert more on the property you show let us know

I've recently registered with Howkins & Harrison Towcester and have been really impressed with the service! I initially spoke with Cally, who was very helpful and took the time to properly understand my criteria. The team has been great at keeping me updated when new properties come onto the market that I might be interested in and are always friendly when I call.

Lisa attended me during all the process renting my flat. She was so kind and professional. Indeed, always aware if some problem is going on, replying fast and efficiently.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Very rude and stuck up, make a conscious effort to look down their nose at tenants. Kate in particular is exceptionally rude. Have had viewings turn up which we weren’t told about, then the agent told the prospective buyers that we had been given notice to leave in front of us, which I had to to correct her was incorrect. Never told when viewings have taken place and then treated with utter rudeness when call them to ask if it’s been done. Would avoid the Daventry branch like the plague.
