Saved £50 on cloud 9 contour straightners and I got a free hairdryer and fast delivery ..excellent, I would recommend and definitely use again.

Cloud Nine hair straightener - excellent service

I bought the Cloud Nine hair straightener - was skeptical at first about the legitimacy given it was about £40 cheaper than the original site, or anywhere else. I was so pleasantly surprised though - I managed to get a further discount with a discount code and got £220 straighteners for £150.. and also they threw in a free travel hair dryer and free P&P. I was then concerned it might take ages to arrive, but I received it within 3 working days. Could not be happier with my purchase!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great customer service in the end

I originally had an issue with my order, as I received the wrong colour Cloud Nine Slim Irons. Unfortunately, my original email apparently didn't reach the right person, so the issue wasn't dealt with initially.

After I left my review on Trustpilot, Ben, the Managing Director, personally got in touch and sorted everything out for me. He arranged the return, sent me the correct Midnight Blue Cloud Nine Slim Irons, and provided a prepaid return label for the incorrect pair. I have now received the correct order and returned the wrong irons.

I really appreciate Ben taking the time to personally resolve the situation and make sure I received exactly what I originally ordered, including the promotional gift.

And the Midnight Blue Cloud Nine Slim Irons are absolutely gorgeous! They look sleek and luxurious, and I love the cable design with the little rotating ball, which helps prevent the cable from twisting and snapping. They look super luxurious and, most importantly, they perform brilliantly.

Thank you, Ben, for sorting everything out and turning my initial disappointing experience into a very positive one. I’m very happy with my purchase now! ❤️

I’m happy with the service at Derby but…

I’m happy with the service at Derby but also very disappointed because the next day after I spent £400 on a Dyson dryer ( after a lot of consideration I may add) there was 10% off it , which would of helped me a lot.
Also now there’s a code saying Hero15 and that makes it a lot more afordable.
Would have liked a heads up and I would have bought the next day. Every little helps right now with a discount code .
Not used it yet so can’t comment on the Dyson r yet .
