I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul at Howdens Whitchurch, Shropshire and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience! From start to finish, Paul provided outstanding customer service, making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable.
Paul took the time to listen to my ideas and vision for my new kitchen, offering expert advice and creative solutions that really made the most of the available space. His design was nothing short of fantastic — he managed to incorporate everything I needed while keeping the layout practical and stylish. I was particularly impressed by how well he maximised the space, ensuring that every corner was utilised effectively without compromising on aesthetics.
Throughout the process, Paul was professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. He was always on hand to answer questions, offer suggestions, and keep me updated every step of the way. We recently purchased a kitchen from Howdens Whichurch. We went in with our plan we had drawn up for our new kitchen. We met Lilian who looked at our plan and had our requirements sorted out in record time. It was a great experience with a very pleasant lady. The order was delivered on the day we agreed and in the time slot we were given.We found out when we started to fit the kitchen that we were going to change our original plan and needed a couple more units. I phoned spoke to Lilian and she had the additional units we needed sent out on the same day. Thats what I call great service. Well done Howdens.

Great service, kitchen Designer Paul was an extremely helpful making several alterations and helping us find the best solution and price. Staff in store and on phone were always welcoming and friendly. Great product knowledge and all round positive experience.

Howdens could not have done a better job for us. From first contact they were very professional, extremely helpful with excellent customer service. Special thanks to kitchen sales designer Paul Lee who measured everything up, advised us on the most appropriate kit (and not the most expensive) and did a computer visual. He also found us our super fitter Andy Pickering who did all the work while we were on holiday. Top work. Very satisfied indeed.

Kitchen planning.
We made an appointment with Paul Lee at their Whitchurch branch to plan our new kitchen. Paul took us through the various options for the units and planned it for us. The pricing was very competitive we weren't pressurised into purchasing their electrical appliances or thing we didn't need.
Very happy with the service.
