The experience with this branch was very poor - the branch manager was unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. I would never buy from them again as all they care about is targets and getting sales in their big sale! The pressure and sales pitch was too much! Someone needs to train the manager in what customer service is!!

Our experience with Howdens was sadly not a good one. We ordered mirrored sliding wardrobe doors & it took 3 attempts before we received one without the glass being broken. We were also given different information by 2 of the sales staff with regard to pricing & 2 totally different prices by 2 of our local branches. We also ordered soft closing mechanisms for the doors which are extremely difficult to fit even after watching the relevant YouTube video and we still can't get them to work! When my installer (a qualified carpenter & new build site manager of many years experience) approached Howdens for advice nobody would help him or point him in the direction of someone who could.
I've given 2 stars only because the actual products themselves (aside from the soft close mechanism) seem nice quality & are aesthetically pleasing. I won't exactly be rushing back !

Money was payed in full and not once was I explained there was some parts not in stock and only finding out on the delivery when half the kitchen was missing. I lost £200 pound to a fitter due to this problem. Once the rest of the items was delivered I was still missing 6 doors which my father had to loose half a days work just to drive to the depot to ask about the doors and get them.

The staff in Swansea plas marl are always helpful and go the extra mile for me. I have been using Swansea PM for many years now and will continue to do so as I have a good rapport with the staff there.

Where do I begin! A kitchen which Howdens incorrectly measured arrived and doesn't fit the kitchen space. Over 10 different items damaged, and now having to try and change the design ad hoc to suit them. No call backs when promised, no responses to emails, and no confirmation on when replacements units will arrive. Fitter was booked and started work and had to he cancelled and currently left In limbo with no date of when I'll ever see my full kitchen order and the order price itself is not that which was agreed. Now seeking legal advice and would never use Howdens again. Wish I had stuck with my original provider.. my advice go elsewhere!

I’ve recently had a kitchen installed which was designed and supplied by Howdens in Plasmarl. I personally dealt with Paul and he was fantastic from start to finish. He helped put our vision into the design and we leant on his experience with what would work in terms of layout etc. We’re absolutely delighted with how it’s turned out and with the quality of the kitchen units.

Very disappointed today arrived for our kitchen design consultation
Beforehand I had checked Howden’s policy on allowing dogs in their stores and was pleased to see that they were welcome
However we were not allowed in please change the misleading information on website ~ wasted journey!

Howdens are my chosen go to place for kitchens, doors etc.
The staff are always pleasant and helpful, so nine times out of ten I leave there with a smile on my face. However, there are occasions when I feel I have not been given the best deal.

Bought our first kitchen, we dealt with darren who came to the property and designed and give ideas different to ours.
I cant thank darren enough for his efforts.
Aslo would like to thank the team that fitted the quartz top, steve was excellent. In all the whole experience was excellent. Darren recommended am carpentey tobfit the kitchen and andy and his team off plumbers/ electricains and tiles were top class.

So massive thankyou.

I have been waiting for bits on my kitchen that still haven’t been delivered since I first had my kitchen nearly 3 months ago. I have had to pay for my kitchen without even having it all delivered still. So many problems all due to not the staff at my depot but the people in head office and the main distribution depot. The list goes on and on. Doubt I’ll ever use Howdens again after this whole experience
