Howdens - Sleaford Anmeldelser

This is the first time I have undertaken the complete refurbishment of a kitchen and utility room so was at the outset a little apprehensive about the process. Sinead at the Sleaford branch couldn’t have been more helpful both in the design stages and later when all the units were delivered and the fitters arrived. Sinead recommended the fitters to me and what a great recommend - Steve and his team worked very hard and accurately to ensure that I had a beautifully installed kitchen and utility room. I would definitely use them again should I have any major work needing to be carried out.

The Howdens staff were fantastic from start to finish of my kitchen project. Very helpful and knowledgeable about there products. I will definitely use them again

Absolutely amazing experience very friendly and experienced staff .

Always a fantastic , helpful friendly team willing to go the extra mile

Really good service yet again, great product knowledge from several of the team helped me get the right items to finish an awkward job, many thanks!

Great service

Great experience from start to finish. Sinead came out to measure and was very helpful whilst choosing a final plan. Delivery and fitting went very smoothly….a couple of hitches along the way, but dealt with without quibble.
Delighted with our new kitchen and would highly recommend.

Our kitchen was from Howdens in Sleaford, the experience was great from the planning, to the delivery, and to our builder fitting it.
Love it 😀 looks great,
After sales very good too.

Helpful, friendly service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Great Team in Sleaford branch. Would 100% recommend their services and product.

Absolutely deserving of 5 stars. From the design with Sinead and Rebecca through to installation, a quality service from start to finish.

As always the team were helpful and happy I would go as far as to say I felt like they were pleased to see me . They dealt promptly with an estimate

I purchased a new kitchen from howdens in July 2024. All throughout the planning and choice of kitchen styles, types of doors, worktops and colour, I found the staff very helpful and thoroughly professional throughout. The were helpful with changes and suggestions and quick to iron out any problems. All unused items were taken back and money refunded. Thanks sinead and the sleaford team.

The team are always helpful. The design process was very fast and they made it exactly how I wanted it.

Kitchen it now fitted ! Very happy

Howdens Sleaford, especially Sinead, have been a delight to deal with, so professional, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and utility room. We highly recommended them and will definitely use them in future.

Amy and team did my late father’s house recently and they did an awesome job. They have done his memory proud and it’s ready for the rental market. Highly recommended and they have my local business for as long as I have the house.

replacement of kitchen handles as original ones were too sharp. Dealt with professionally and courteously

As a tradesman I've always found Howdens in Sleaford to be extremely helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure all your needs are met , wether it's planning a kitchen to every day joinery. They will always try to get out of stock items in for you the next working day. From the very professional, personable and caring manager , through to sales, designers and warehouse staff, all very courteous and all make the experience stress free.

Always a pleasure dealing with Robbie from the Sleaford depot. His customer service is spot on and he always goes above and beyond for us.

I am renovating a property and bought some Doors (Inc Handles and Hinges), Skirting and Architrave for this project. The girl that dealt with me was called Maisie she was very helpful, gave me a good deal and organised efficient delivery. Very pleased with the products supplied and would definitely recommend Howdens.

We purchased our new kitchen for our new extension from Howdens in Sleaford. We always felt listened to and that no matter how many tweaks we asked for, or minor issues we spotted in the design, it wasn't a problem for them to be sorted. We never felt like there was a hard sell, which was very much appreciated, indeed we were often shown multiple choices of items at all prices to suit our design, not just the most expensive. The after sales care has been great, if there were any concerns or problems during the delivery and installation of the kitchen, or since, they have been resolved quickly with minimal fuss. Again, this aspect is often lacking these days, and was very much appreciated in what was a stressful time. The staff have always been friendly and polite and our kitchen is lovely. We would happily recommend Howdens.
