Highly recommend Howdens at Redhill 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Baz the manager is amazing as are the guys that constantly helped us in the showroom Tom, Wayne and Jamie.
They all went above and beyond to help with our recent new kitchen fit.
Unfortunately we had a completely useless “kitchen fitter” who assured us he was a “ professional kitchen fitter “ he was totally incompetent and didn’t have a clue.
Thankfully after 3 months of excuse after excuse from the totally incompetent fitter who couldn’t finish our kitchen to the Howdens standard Baz came to the rescue and sorted out a proper kitchen fitter to put our kitchen right.
We can’t thank Baz enough he is 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and a real asset to Howdens as are Tom, Wayne and Jamie. At last thanks to you all we have got the fantastic Howdens kitchen we wanted.
We highly recommend Redhill Howdens 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 they go above and beyond for their customers.

Helpful and friendly service
Helpful and friendly service. Still a bit limited in their selection of timber and mouldings for bespoke joinery work and prices occasionally a little steep, but some good deals available.

They don't stand behind their products...
I've had a kitchen for 3 years from Howdens. 1.5 years ago I reported that some of the units were peeling at the joints. After chasing and trying to get this resolved they have just fobbed me off with it's my fault I've not kept them dry. Well it just so happens that I'm pretty crap at cleaning the kitchen and the units don't get cleaned that often. We are talking a sponge and soapy water once every two-three weeks dried with a tea towel. Beyond a joke that the kitchen isn't suitable for purpose. Currently looking at a third party to inspect with a view to legal action

Always recieve a great service from redhill howdens. The likes of Nadia doing amazing work designing and quoting the kitchen. And Greg ensuring it all gets delivered on time when I need it. And Wayne being a great help to. Would recommend anyone to use this branch.

Really good after sales
Really good after sales. Had a few missing pieces but when I spoke with Baz (Redhill) to resolve the issues it was pretty straight forward. More to the point Howdens do good quality kitchens.

Excellent Service and Stock Levels
I’ve been a customer of Howdens for many years now and have done business with several different branches during this time. Recently, I’ve set up my account with the Redhill branch and so far their standard of service has far exceeded my previous experience from the other branches I’ve used in the past. It’s great to be promptly served and they’ve always been able to supply the goods straight away from their stock.
I had a kitchen customer who changed their mind about the style of doors they had chosen soon after Howdens had made the delivery to site. Greg, at the Redhill branch was super helpful and went out of his way to ensure the original doors were taken back and replaced with the customer’s desired replacement. Really appreciate how they made this so hassle free and made the effort to keep the extra costs involved as low as possible for the upgraded door replacements.
Very happy to recommend this branch to anyone in the trade and their range will my first suggestion to any new kitchen customers in the future.

Kitchen makeover - excellent results
After a variation in prices between my printed 'Estimate' and the final invoices, I am pleased to say that the manager of my local branch swiftly rectified the problem. Thank you for this, and I'm also very pleased with the final results of my new kitchen improvements.
(New Belfast sink, oak worktop and shelves, base units and pelmet)

Absolutely brilliant throughout for our kitchen and this was during a pandemic. Howdens Redhill did it all, design along with multiple redesigns as we changed our thoughts. Fantastic price compared to other kitchen solutions and delivered perfectly. Specific thank you to Nadia who was amazing.
