Good looking product and easy to fit. My only issue was I didn't understand the point of the screw fixing under the door handles and the response from the sales assistant was that most people don't bother with them!

I bought my kitchen through Angie at Whiffler Road, Norwich and I could not have wished for a better experience from start to finish. At the design stage Angie totally grasped what I wanted and what was most important to me and came up with a design which incorporated this. S e also had some great ideas for details which I wouldn't have thought of and which have added immeasurably to the smooth functioning of my kitchen and my enjoyment of it.

Unfortunately there were problems at the beginning of the installation when a fitter I had found independently got out of his depth. Angie went to a great deal of trouble to arrange for someone else to come and look at what was happening. This person then took over the project and all went smoothly from then on.

The finished kitchen is absolutely wonderful and I am thrilled. I am quite sure that this outcome is very largely due to Angie, both because of her design skills and because of her willingness to do what needed to be done to solve a problem. I could not be more grateful.

Good friendly staff

Angie from Howdens, Whiffler Road in Norwich was friendly and helpful and gave us some great ideas during the planning stage for our new kitchen and also fitted bedroom furniture.
We took advantage of ordering during their Autumn sale and were very impressed that they deducted the cost of putting it all into storage until our builders were ready to fit.
We made some late changes to our kitchen design and Angie and Eliot were very helpful in getting exchanges arranged with no delays for our builders.

Howdens are the best company I deal with. From a self employed chippy these guys make my life easy, shout out to Danuta and Angie at Howdens Wiffler in Norwich! Excellent service

I received the most amazing customer service at the Howden's Charlton branch. The team and John was super helpful and made the whole experience so smooth and easy for us. I would highly reccommend.

What can I say? It was by chance I came across Howdens and Angie who designed my beautiful new kitchen. The advice I got was amazing I thought I wanted one thing only to be shown an alternative which proved to be so much better. I did make a few changes from the original design on what colour units, worktop and oven none of which was too much trouble for Angie. The delivery guys were great, no damage or missing parts. Everyone who has seen my kitchen thinks it looks fabulous and so do I. I wish I could show you some pictures.

What more can I say great staff with the great quantity and quality of items normally in stock at a very good price

We had experienced a number of significant issues with our Lamona tumble dryer since its installation in October 2023.

The last engineer to visit us recommended that it should be replaced under warranty although we were unable to establish whether this would happen and if so how and when.

By this stage the appliance was unusable so I visited Howdens in Norwich on Monday 23rd March where I met Sam Archer and explained our problem to him.

Within fifteen minutes Sam had approved a replacement appliance (a new model) and although the branch had none in stock he sourced one which was delivered and installed on Thursday 26th March. Brilliant!

It is rare to find excellent customer service these days but in this case Sam went way above and beyond the norm and we couldn't be more grateful or appreciative of his efforts. Thanks Sam.

I am not havppy when tying to place an order.
The only way I can get a competitive price from Howdens is to go to other companies
Magnet Travis Perkins Wren for a cheaper price then come back to Howdens and argue with the manager for their best price. I do not always have the time for this so go elsewhere.

We are a property management business and have found Howdens to be the best quality kitchens and the most reliable friendly staff.

The customer service was excellent. They took time to listen to my requirements and gave multiple solutions.

I bought my kitchen from howdens norwich. They were friendly, knowledgeable and brought my vision to life! Clair who did all the designing was helpfull and understanding (every time I changed my mind about something) she was an absolute angel and had all the answers to potential problems. The kitchen is very good quality and worktops are amazing. Would definatly recomend!

Vitor was extremely patient with my somewhat anxious and vulnerable lady client who has number of personal issues. He took time to explain things clearly and appreciated she had a fairly strict budget when designing her new Kitchen,a thoroughly decent man to deal with and no hard sell ….which i detest at the best of times! Pleasure to deal with him on every occasion I have.

Walked in first thing on a Monday morning Elliott who’s always helpful stopped what he was doing to design me a kitchen, everything was in stock so collected the lot on Thursday in full, fitted it on Friday and Saturday. Excellent service allowing us to get this rental property quickly back on the market. Thank you 🙏

It was great to see on their website that a home visit was possible to explore the available options.
Angie, from their Norwich branch, came round, measured up and then produced a CAD drawing of the kitchen we wanted - even down to adapting the colour of the units to suit our colour scheme. Adjustments were not a problem, and now we have the new kitchen we asked for.

We had a wonderful experience buying our kitchen for our first home. Angie at Howdens Norwich was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend to anyone planning a new kitchen!
