Beautifully designed
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Dan Reynolds and the Team at Howdens North Lincoln. They completely transformed my tired old kitchen and utility into a beautifully designed work space.
The customer service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. I was extremely happy with the service I received and would not hesitate in recommending them to family and friends.

Door Purchase
I was recently looking to purchase a door for a job i was doing, i shopped around at several other suppliers but they could not get one for weeks, rang Howdens and picked the door up within two days, Ben who dealt with the order was very helpfull and professional,well done Howdens.

Thanks to the hard work from Matt Maw…
Thanks to the hard work from Matt Maw and Steve McCardle at Lincoln North we e need up with a designs for two properties that we are very pleased with.
Until Matt and Steve became involved we were becoming very frustrated with the member of staff we were dealing with as he continually let us down by not coming back to us after carrying out a measure on site. Despite numerous phone calls and numerous promises we never received the information he had promised us.
After months of frustration we were on the verge of placing order/orders elsewhere but felt we owed it to Howdens to give them one last chance. This is because Steve McCardle really pulled out all of the stops during the first COVID lockdown for us. My daughter who was a newly qualified doctor was doing up a property near Lincoln hospital where she works. Unfortunately she was in a position where she had a home where she had taken the old kitchen out, but could not source a new kitchen due to lockdown. Steve (like a knight in shining armour) came to the rescue and saved the day. He really went out of his way to help us, just like he has done on our previous projects.
So we gave Lincoln North a second chance and Steve and Matt certainly did not less us down.
Well done chaps, very happy with the eventual outcome.

Excellent customer service from Howdens, went above and beyond what they needed to do to sort out a problem we had with the fridge freezer in our new house. Thank you at last a cold beer not a frozen one .

Great service, great company.
I found the many products recently purchased from Howdens to be of superior quality and I am very impressed with the service and support, especially of their kitchen sales representative Matthew from the Lincoln office.
I would not hesitate to recommend both products and personnel. I would be happy to have photos taken for Howdens' use in any publicity material.
