Besvarelse fra Howdens - Macclesfield
Good afternoon Matthew. Thank you for your great feedback. All the best, Harriet.
Inadequate packaging.
Pre finished doors scratched and damaged on the edges, I did ward my customer about this. I'm fitting pre finished doors at the moment from another supplier (bought by customer) well packaged and not a mark on all 16 doors. HOWDENS! YOU NEED TO UP YOU GAME! Don't get me wrong the staff at Howden Macclesfield ate brilliant, they always give you the best possible service, especially Kieth, Kirsty and Ben. Simon in the warehouse aswell of course. I ordered some doors for my own kitchen and collected them today, they were bent as usual. I could have complained and asked for some more doors but the next lot would be the same. Up your Game! To the staff at HQ, your products are not at trade prices anymore, get your act together!
