I am extremely pleased with the customer service received from Jamie at Howdens in Folkestone . Jamie was involved in the planning , designing , as well as taking an active part in the aftercare and troubleshooting issues .

Jamie was highly professional, yet with an extremely approachable and friendly manner. The kitchen design was excellent, he did several drafts of design , taking into account exactly what I needed and my budget . He worked with me , to fit the design around the needs of myself and my family .

I will definitely recommend Howdens at folkstone, not just for the design and quality of the kitchen , but for Jamie’s skill and expertise .

As usual helpful an friendly and goods at a competitive price.

Staff were super helpful and did all we asked and more, even though we were being ‘difficult customers’ with swapping things and slow decision making!

Jamie came around to our house to look at what we were after. He always had a smile on his face, he took the dimension of the kitchen and listen to what our criteria was. We was then invited back to Jamie’s office to look at the drawings, he had listened to what we had said, we changed a few things but nothing seemed like to much trouble, after a while we agreed on what we wanted. We discussed a price which I thought Jamie had our best interests in mind. We then discussed delivery, this was excellent, flexible and an offer to store if required. The kitchen turned up on time with no issues. A few minor faults with a couple of the cabinets but were quickly rectified. The kitchen is now finished, we are made up with it, stylish and quality!
Summary: From beginning to end Howdens ((Folkestone) was excellent, couldn’t do enough for us and now we have a Quality kitchen that we are made up with.

Jamie was a superstar in helping us design our kitchen. When we had some structural issues Jamie came out the same day altered the plans to ensure we kept the pace in our renovation. I cant compliment the quality of the kitchen enough, we are extremely pleased with the end result.

If you go to Howdens ask for Jamie, you wont be disappointed.

The staff are alway polite and very professional.
I can’t fault any staff members, and if not in stock they will always find stock and order in.

I'm not a big business. I'm probably what they call a 'bread and butter' builder, I do enough to get by. But even thought my wants and needs from Howdens are, by comparison to their regular customers, quite minimal, I am always treated with the upmost respect, in a personal and professional, friendly manner. I know my loyalty doesn’t amount to much financial gain, but what little business I have, I wound never take anywhere else.

Always bright, happy staff giving valuable advice on all of the products. Very well done.

Howdens in Folkestone are a company to avoid. They delivered our Kitchen provided from their plans. They sent the wrong size corners for our corner cupboard doors, They forgot the two large backboards we needed. When this was pointed out to them they ordered the wrong items and we had to wait even longer. The kitchen fitter was tearing his hair out. They completely forgot to order the corner pieces needed. We have high ceilings so wanted the taller wall cupboards. Howdens cheat in that their taller floor cupboards have a tiny little box on the top which is completely useless for storage. Can't say we were impressed with the quality of the units either for the price we paid. IN all DO NOT USE THEM it was a real headache.

Ordered worktops etc online, asked for am delivery and was delivered around 9.30 with call beforehand letting me know was on way.

Delighted with the end results of our kitchen from Folkestone Howdens. Tish did well with her advice and layout.
Pleased that we chose them from start to finish.

Howdens Folkestone email me constantly because they have my email address as an error, I am not their customer. I have called Customer Service and explained this and was assured it would stop.
It hasn’t. It’s entirely unwanted attention, also known as harrassment. Maybe you think I’m silly but try being bombarded with emails containing orders and invoices all day, see if you like it!

We found Howdens Folkestone very helpful, honest and professional. They helped us achieve exactly what we wanted. Tish was there for us every step of the way.
