Howdens - Croydon Anmeldelser

Good service

Half of what I wanted wasn’t in stock, told I couldn’t pay cash as they had no funds to give Change

I’ve been using Wil, the kitchen designer at Howdens Croydon, and he has been absolutely brilliant. He's gone above and beyond throughout, helping us with a whole range of design queries, issues, and questions coming from our builder and kitchen fitter. He's never once argued back or pushed against us, he just gets on and finds a solution. If you need a kitchen designed, Wil is the person to go to. I'd recommend him without hesitation. I'd also like to mention Jazz, the store manager, and the rest of the team, who have always been brilliant whenever I've popped in with a question or a problem. Really thankful to everyone at Howdens Croydon.

Excellent service from the team

We have recently installed a Howdens kitchen and are absolutely delighted with the quality and functionality of the units. We went into the Croydon office and were made very welcome by Nemi. He helped us to choose our units and used a clever tool to provide us with a visualisation of the finished product. No hard sell, just sensible solutions to some of the issues we had not thought of and the result has beaten all our expectations. We would definitely recommend Howdens to anyone looking for a quality kitchen.

I purchased a kitchen from Georgina recently at the Croydon branch and she was a pleasure to deal with. She's very knowledgeable and made the experience stress free. The kitchen was designed well and I'm super happy, I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is wanting a new kitchen.

Thanks again

I had a great experience with Howdens. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. They were knowledgeable, provided useful advice, and made everything straightforward from start to finish.
The quality of the products was excellent, and the service was reliable and efficient. I’m very happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend Howdens to anyone looking for good-quality products and great customer service.

A1 Service From Thornton Heath

Georgina and Will at Thornton Heath branch were especially very good and helpful.
So far excellent service from this branch by all.

Very nice and fast and good service

Not good customer service

I have been renovating my entire house and dealing with a number of different companies throughout the process. I’ve had smooth, professional experiences everywhere except with Howdens, specifically the Croydon branch.
My experience has been terrible from start to finish. The communication was consistently poor, and I have never come across customer service this bad. We were given incorrect measurements for some of the shelves, and every time we visited the branch to resolve the issue, no one seemed informed about anything. The standard answer to every question was essentially, “We don’t know.”
After endless back and forth, we finally received the correct replacement shelves. But as soon as that was resolved, another problem appeared , the strip lights that were meant to go under the shelves arrived missing all the necessary parts. I contacted them again and was told the missing parts would be delivered on Saturday. Of course, Saturday came and went with no delivery, and once again the branch had no idea what was going on.
We eventually had to go down to the store yet again to sort it out ourselves. Throughout all of this, the plans that were originally done by the person that was assigned to us turned out to be incorrect, and when we went in to try to resolve the issues today, she wouldn’t even come down to speak with us.
Overall, the service has been absolutely appalling. This has been the only company to cause problems during my entire renovation. Avoid this branch at all costs.
