Howdens - Bedford Elm Farm Anmeldelser

Got a wicked design made by tom, was a smooth transition throughout the project from start design to kitchen installed. Would definitely recommend him and howdens!

We were sorted by PJ. What a friendly knowledgeable asset to your team. We only called in for a nosey and he designed an amazing kitchen. Listened and gave us exactly what we wanted. We even visited the show room in Raunds expo. To get some more ideas of fitting out our kitchen. To be honest we only needed to see which cupboard internal fixtures. Alas health issues have meant we are to postpone until next year. So if you’re reading this PJ thank you and do not erase that fabulous design. We are not looking anywhere else.

Tom Shaw is exactly what you want in a Kitchen designer, polite and attentive he listened carefully to all our requirements before carefully measuring and preparing an initial design. We met with Tom several times before finalising the design, Tom even met with us at the Watford Expo for the final fine tuning.
Nothing was too much trouble and his attention to detail meant we got exactly the kitchen we wanted. We are really impressed with the quality of the kitchen and the quartz worktop. Great customer service a great experience, highly recommended.

Tom from Elms farm industrial branch in Bedford is absolutely best man I dealth with from all Howdens branches... His proffesionalism and knowledge is great help to trade.

The kitchen and design service provided by PJ at Howdens Elm Farm has been exceptional. The process from design right through to delivery and completion was smooth and stress-free. I am over the moon with the result and highly recommend this service.

Tom was extremely and professional throughout our kitchen design process. We had an idea on what we wanted, but given the odd shape of the space we had, no clue how to execute.
He was fantastic at listening to us, telling us what we could do, what would work, but also giving us advice for what he think would look amazing as a finished product too!
Would highly recommended Tom for all kitchen design needs! He has a good eye for detail and his measurements were so precise!
Thanks again, Tom.

From start to finish the experience was good. PJ was such a help when you come to the house he listened to what I wanted and gave me good ideas when the stuff was delivered. Everything was correct and when the kitchen was installed Everything went a plan. I wasn’t too happy with the finishing touch on the tap. PJ changed it for me no problem. I will definitely recommend buying a kitchen and Howden‘S.

Great customer service always on hand to assist.

We purchased a complete kitchen with appliances from Howdens about a year ago. (Which looks amazing and we are very happy with) Unfortunately the fridge broke down a couple of weeks ago. We called Howdens who immediately arranged for a temporary fridge to be delivered to us (This was literally a couple of hours after we called) Engineer came to look at the broken fridge a couple of days later, and as it couldn't be fixed, a new replacement fridge was delivered a couple of days later along with an engineer to install it again. Old fridge and temp fridge being collected tomorrow. All in all - Very impressive service by the team at Howdens Bedford Elm Farm

Tom our designer has been friendly and helpful since the beginning of our project. He was also so supportive post sale with an unfortunate experience we had with our fitter, responding quickly with possible alternative fitters and parts we needed for repairs.

Tom has always been super helpful & goes above & beyond with every client. Would highly reccomend to every prospective buyer.

Tom was a great designer!! He listened to what we wanted, he was happy to do any tweaks and kept us informed every step of the way - I would definitely recommend him!!

Always excellent service from all the team. Professional team and support to customers needs everybody friendly and helpful excellent work

After visiting the Howden’s Expo showroom in Raunds, PJ made contact to design our kitchen for us. From the start we were very comfortable with him, he listened to what we wanted from our new kitchen, came up with some useful and helpful suggestions that we hadn’t thought of, but was never pushy. From the design stage through to the completion of the installation, PJ was always very professional, and patient even when I changed my mind about something, nothing was too much trouble. We are delighted with our finished kitchen, and would definitely recommend PJ as a designer.
I should also mention that all of the staff in the Elm Farm, Bedford branch, were always very helpful, if I had a query when PJ wasn’t available.

I went to the Howdens showroom in Rushden, which was excellent, very helpful indeed. I chose my products. I then had an appointment at home for measure and design where I explained exactly what I wanted, exact products, colours and style. I had to chase this 1 week later, the design was sent through to me within 5 minutes. Nothing that I had requested was in the design, the colour choice was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. I replied to the email thanking them but asked for the changes to be made to my original request. Still waiting another 7 days later.

Great bunch of people bend over backwards to help with any situations !

I needed a kitchen replacement designed and supplied at very short notice. PJ designed it, guided us on our choice of options, Howdens delivered it on the day we needed it.
My builder assembled the carcasses as I chose that option and quickly had it fitted. The design was first class everything dovetailed into the existing services.
Thank you PJ and all the team at Howdens Bedford.

The kitchen was customised exactly as I wanted and we got a good deal.
