Howdens - Bacup Anmeldelser 

We have recently had a kitchen completed, supplied and designed by Puneet at Howdens in Bacup. We are so happy with the results it’s everything we wanted. We were actually so impressed with the speed of the process as well, from Puneet coming out to view our space within a day of reaching out, designing together on the CAD a couple of days later to having the kitchen delivered only 2 or 3 weeks later when we had our fitter coming round. The whole process was smooth and efficient and the pricing was really reasonable! Very happy. Thank you Howdens!

I was impressed it was the designer who visited to measure our space. This was not the case with our quotes from Ikea or Wren. Throughout the process, Puneet Dixit was a delight to work with. Thorough, creative, with such a good eye for detail. Nothing was too much trouble and time was never an issue in order to get the design perfect. It will be installed soon and we can’t wait to see the end result, which I’ve promised to share with Puneet as he has been wonderful, truly a kind and gentle soul

Having decided to use Howdens in Bacup as its the closest branch, happy with both quality and designs available we arranged a appointment with a designer and called in. We met Puneet who was very curtious and friendly, offered us a brew my patner and I and sat down to get through the process of chosing, designing and arranging a full kitchen and separate room utility kitchen design. Puneet was very thorough and helpful in all aspects and within 1.5 hours we had our kitchens. Sadly for Puneet my partner changed her mind on several occasions over the few months but Puneet was at hand with every change of mind we made, redesigned and helped us through our changes with several drawings and price changes, we must have drove him mad!, but at every point he calmly solved every problem and issue professionally and with charm. His help saved a lot if time ironically but without him we would have walked away and not bothered as it was getting boring solving our tastes and changes. Thank you Puneet at Bacup Howdens for assisting us greatly and baring with us Having been in the building trade for over 40 years not many people like Puneet have both the patience and ability to help customers so thoroughly and wish we could see more in the trade with such qualities to help serve those that have no idea on buying and solving a kitchen design for these, like us that are hopeless. Cheers Puneet see you soon on our other property projects.

I have just completed the kitchen bought from Howdens Bacup. I can not speak too highly of the staff at Bacup, despite a small but complex kitchen the process went remarkably well and the end product significantly exceeds my expectations.
The budget, planning and delivery were entirely as promised. Any minor errors of mine in the plan were addressed and remedied without hesitation.
I am a demanding customer and seldom give 5 stars, on this occasion they are well deserved.

Puneet Dixit from Howdens Bacup Was my planner for a recent kitchen installation, he and the rest of the staff at Bacup were fantastic, if I needed anything they’d be only too happy to help. Would highly recommended.

We've experienced using Howdens quite often at various branches and found Howdens to be very good and competitive on price. However, Howdens Bacup really do go the extra mile with a speedy service like no other. We have purchased a few kitchens along with other products where the design team, Puneet Dixit and Gary couldn't have done more with a speedily and excellent service. Then there's Lauren on the counter and Briggy in the warehouse who are always happy to help with nothing being too much trouble who, always have a smile on thier face. There's not a bad member of staff who don't make you feel welcome here. Even when things don't go quite to plan which is to be expected in the building trade, Steve the store manager does his best to overcome any issues as quickly and conveniently as possible. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Howdens Bacup.

From start to finish I was very happy with the process of purchasing my new kitchen. I went to the Bacup store in Rossendale. Puneet Dixit was my designer. Nothing was ever too much trouble I changed my choice of kitchen completely by the time we had finished but this didn’t phase Puneet in the slightest. I have built up a good relationship with the team at the branch . I also dealt with Nicky a lot who was also very helpful . I would highly recommend Howdens . I love my kitchen it’s everything I dreamt of and more .

I just wanted to say what a great team work at Howdens Bacup branch, from the moment I entered I was welcomed by Lauren and George (our initial designer) and immediately felt at ease and knew that they we're the right team for the project. George was brilliant and from the initial design I felt as though we were being listened to and that he genuinely wanted to get the right design for us, unlike other companies, that we had previously visited where it felt full on sales tactics with sky high price marks. Puneet took over our project half way through but the transition was smooth and once again he was very friendly, listening to what we needed giving lots of advice and helping with any issues efficiently which arised from the building side of the work. Our initial builders had to pull out at last minute and Howdens team did all they could to store our built kitchen until we were able to book a new builder in. The patience from Steven over this was very much appreciated! Nicky and Lauren were also on hand to answer any questions when I phoned or popped in and were always friendly and helpful. The guys who delivered the kitchen units were also great, very friendly and happily helped to deliver the kitchen units in the right place rather than the kerbside delivery, that I was expecting, very much appreciated as I was alone with my toddler! The kitchen itself is beautiful, high quality, sturdy and very well made. Its exactly what we wanted. I can't thank the Bacup team enough making what could have been a very stressful job feel well managed, I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a kitchen.

Purchased from Bacup Howdens Very happy with the planning, advice and completed kitchen. No problems from start to finish. Puneet Dixit the design consultant gave us ideas we hadn't thought of and he was right!
This is my second Howden kitchen which certainly helped in the sale of my last property.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Dropped in to take a look around the showroom and the customer experience was great, welcomed in and they even have free drinks available.

Able to arrange a date for the design with Puneet who was excellent, making suggestions on where to put things and open and honest about some of the gadgets we wanted to out in. Ordering was a doddle with me just phoning up to say we were ready to go and all items arrived on the date arranged.

Big shoutout to Martin and Kerry from Fitz Kitchens as well - highly recommend by the team at Howdens and I can see why. The quality of finish is top notch and they were always on hand for any queries I had. Turned up when they said and left the place clean and tidy which is rare with trades.

5 stars all round and will certainly be using again for any future kitchens :)

After a bad experience from another builder and kitchen company I went to my local bacup howdens and spoke lovely lady called Nicky who put everything in place from designing the kitchen to having it delivered and installed all in a fast pace. The whole experience pleasurable and smooth running

Visited Howdens in Bacup for advice on a kitchen upgrade and the Customer Service was exceptional. Friendly staff, particularly Lauren Hardman, who was very knowledgeable and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble - overall, a great experience. Thank you, M & V Bellamy
