Houzeo was great and easy to onboard but I had to cancel since I didn’t have time to attend to buyers do to unforeseen events. However, this is the best way to sell your own property if that’s the direction you’re looking to move in.

User friendly app, easy set up and fast service. Zackery provided excellent customer service and called to make sure everything went smoothly and to see if I had any questions or needed any help.

Nash was exceptional at walking me through everything in detail, making sure everything was done correctly. He was patient and called me back exactly when promised. Customer service is a "lost art", but not so at Houzeo.

My experience with Houzeo was extremely disappointing. Their package pricing makes it look like you’re paying a set fee to post your property on the MLS, with options ranging from about $150 to $450. After paying for the package, I spent a lot of time building my profile, uploading photos, and preparing the listing. Only then was I told I would have to pay additional costs at closing that could be upwards of $10,000 for my property.

That felt incredibly misleading. The upfront marketing did not make this clear in a way that was obvious before payment.

I contacted Houzeo for help and the service was terrible. I was routed through a call center, could not get a proper resolution, and they refused to provide a full refund because of their “policy.” I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that supervisors do not take calls from customers.

I ultimately had to open a dispute with my credit card company to try to get my money back.

In my opinion, this company lacks transparency, integrity, and honest marketing. Be very careful before paying for a package. I would not recommend Houzeo.

Overall great customer service so far. Zackery specifically has been knowledgeable, efficient, and kind.
