Lovely new furniture
When I went to Housing Units in June this year I bought a sideboard to sit my TV onto. When it was set up it looked ok. In July I went back to Housing Units and found a lowboard which was actually designed to hold a TV and all the equipment they come with & because it matched my sideboard I bought it. My TV is now sitting on a proper stand and my sideboard holds a lamp and some photographs and they look great. I was also very happy at how much money I saved through buying when they have a sale. The staff at HU are very helpful, they told me about the delivery service and how the furniture is assembled when it arrives. I would definitely shop at Housing Units again.

The delivery driver did not have a…
The delivery driver did not have a blade to remove the packaging had to use a key that made a mess
I asked him to put the item together he said he was only to deliver it
This was part of a previous delivery but it was damaged, in that delivery we had agreed you would fix the items
Considering you now have increased your delivery charges to £140 I bought furniture last December and you charged I believe £94 for that I would expect a full delivery service

Poor quality Quadrato Nero Black Window Frame Mirror…
Quadrato Nero Black Window Frame Mirror £289.00
I purchased this mirror from Housing Units a few days ago. It was a struggle to get it home in my car, as it's 180cm tall. When unpacked, to my dismay I have discovered that the backing ply-board sheet, which sits behind the mirror is all warped. It looks like it's been affected by being sat in a damp warehouse for a prolonged period. I just don't have the ability to pack it all up and return it back to Housing Units in my car. So I am going to have to keep it and just hope the mirror does not start to tarnish prematurely.
The quality certainly does not reflect the high end price I paid.
Therfore right now, I would not recommend this mirror to any other customer and suggest you stay clear.

Fab friendly service from Janet 1683 this afternoon, Nothing was too much trouble.
We were only window Shopping with a view to buy in a couple of months but really liked the bed and the Housing Units own brand mattress so ended up buying it today.
Our home is definitely resembling the store now with so many furniture purchases in the last couple of years.
