Great Service
Purchased their most popular hot tub in December 2016, love it, use it about 5 times a week.
All was straightforward and there installation guys knew exactly what they were doing, filled it with water, chemicals etc, great stuff!!

Brilliant staff the people who sorted it out for me over the phone choosing the hot tub right through to the people installing it! More than happy with everything and have good piece of mind that any problems they are just a phone call away to put anything right. Definitely recommend and would use again if need another hot tub

Wish Every Company was run like Hot Tub World!
A Real Pleasure from start to finish!!!!! How ever the word Finish shouldn't be used as I am still enjoying our New Hot Tub 7 days a week so my experience with Hot Tub world hasn't finished it has only just begun, Being in Business myself I know the meaning of Customer Service and boy do they tick the box, no over selling, they supply you with everything you need ( apart from the water) and wont sell you things you don't need. They turned up as promised and did a truly fantastic installation Job, I can honestly say I have never dealt with a better company!

Recommended hot tub brand
We were advised from a friend who had had this brand of tub for 9 years. Our local supplier for this brand was Hot Tub World Huddersfield. On visiting the outlet we were greeted with a very professional explanation of models and a demonstration from the display models. Two site surveys were made to advise on access and base preparation. 4 staff members delivered the tub and went through the operation in a very efficient manner. We have had two queries of operation covered resolved by phoning the supplyer. Highly recommend this company for their help advise and care of a new novis hot tub user and last but not least their very competitive pricing.

We recently purchasrd a Hot Tub knowing nothing about this company. We visited several different Hot Tub Companies, and i can honestly say the Sales Assistant had knowledge about the product. We weren"t pressured to buy and the Customer Service was brilliant. From purchasing to Delivery and Installation everyone was first class. We have had a phone call this week asking if everything is ok. Highly reccommend

Supportive and friendly
We bought a Jetsetter Hot Tub last September and inevitably had teething problems. It was always easy to phone up for advice and at one point for a visit from a technician who was a delight and solved our problem quickly.

Purchased a hot tub at a very reasonable price from Hot Tub World
Huddersfield back in November 2015. Had some new technology with the tub that we were not sure of. Got a good response each time I rang and they came out to me on a couple of occasions (I am about 50 miles away)
Very friendly staff always doing their best for your hot tub enjoyment.

no hard sale
just honest opinions on hot tubs and excellent advice, no pressure to buy whatsoever, promotion sales every year on lots of goodies, cheapest price around for the canadian spas, the delivery guys were amazing and got my tub over the fence from a field in one piece and connected in no time, only disappointment i have is the Ace diamond broke and even thought replaced on warranty didn't last long yet again so back to adding the old chlorine I'm afraid shame cos the thing worked great for a while and changed salt into chlorine amazing gadget but i won't buy one at £900 ever again? PS;- they let you test the spas just take your trunks and they have changing rooms. brill staff well done hot tub world
