A great way to recycle food waste and garden waste

Please make your return policy absolutely clear for customers who are unable to go online & therefore order by phone. Cost me £50 of price to return. Delivery company surprised

We understand your frustration regarding the return cost. Whilst this is visible in our online returns policy on our website, we will look into making this clearer on the customer order confirmation for those who order via phone.
The return cost reflects the size and classification of the product, which couriers often consider as ‘ugly freight’ due to its bulk. This unfortunately results in higher return shipping fees.
Please be assured that we regularly review our freight arrangements to ensure we’re offering the most cost-effective options possible. The HOTBIN is at the premium end of the composter range, however it does produce compost a lot quicker than traditional methods and allows you to compost a wider variety of waste types too.

Wood chippings
The ordering and delivery process was quick and efficient. I purchased wood chippings but was slightly disappointed to find thick pieces of cane bamboo mixed in. The product is more expensive compared to others, and I chose it because I expected the highest quality. This is why I deducted one star from my rating.
However, I do realise that mistakes happen and the overall product is, quality.

Did my research and settled on a HotBin… called and spoke to super helpful customer service and also found online support and videos super helpful too.. set my HotBin up this weekend following advise from HotBin and temp coming up nicely… very happy with the result, super easy to use, wish I’d known about this HotBin ages ago!! Highly recommend both the product and support service..
