Hossio began in 2024 with a vision to put high quality Portuguese rose wine on the map and show just how amazing it is. Hossio is a boutique winery, with limited editions and small productions but unlimited horizons. Our founders, obsessed with the pursuit of perfection, set out to create a rose wine that was dry, fresh and undeniably delicious. A wine that brings joy for wine drinkers - to surprise some and delight all.

Amazing and unique taste
Hossio Wine stands out for its uniquely refined character — fresh, light, and beautifully balanced, with a clean palate that feels effortless rather than overpowering. Its versatility is part of the charm: elegant enough to enjoy on its own, yet subtle and food‑friendly, it pairs seamlessly with anything from delicate canapés to a full meal. A genuinely easy‑drinking wine that feels modern, refreshing, and confidently understated. We enjoyed hosting parties with it as a main drink and had great feedback from all guests.

Beautifully fresh and elegant wine
I was genuinely impressed by this wine. It’s beautifully fresh, well-balanced, and very easy to enjoy. The flavours are clean and vibrant, with a lovely crisp finish that makes it perfect both on its own and with food.
It feels carefully made rather than mass-produced, and you can really taste the quality and attention to detail. Ideal for relaxed evenings, summer meals, or sharing with friends.
Would happily buy again and recommend to anyone looking for a refined, enjoyable wine.
