Horl Anmeldelser 

Meine Ware hatte zwei Aufkleber mit zwe verschiedenen Seriennummern. Am 23.12. fragte ich per E-Mail nach, wie das sein kann, ob das sein darf, da es ein Geschenk sein sollte. Eventuell war es ja eine Retoure, leichter Metallabrieb war auch darauf, aber das könnte ja von der Produktion herrühren. Auch wegen evtl. Rücksendung wollte ich mich gleich melden. Eine vollautomatische Antwort teilte mir mit, dass es aufgrund erhöhten Aufkommens bis zu 5 Werktage bis zur Antwort dauern kann. Ich habe bis heute nichts mehr von Fa. Horl gehört, obwohl ich nochmals nachgefragt habe. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, zumal der Rollschleifer ja auch sehr teuer ist.

Sehr gutes Kauferlebnis. Schnelle reibungslose Abwicklung, tolles Produkt und eine sehr gute Kommunikation. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Product ordered December 8, now January 2, sharpener never delivered. Repeated emails for refund all ignored. Worse customer service imaginable.

Incredibly poor customer 'service'. Ordered well within their cut off for delivery before Christmas - and 'in stock'. (Would have chosen a different one - but it was out of stock). Heard nothing. Until I chased them. Then said "unforeseen delays" won't be with you before Christmas, thank you for understanding. Well, I didn't, and cancelled. Refunded - but not even the courtesy of an email to say they had. And certainly no apology. Such a shame - could have easily been recovered.

Für mich die beste Methode, um meine Messer selbst und im perfekten Winkel zu schärfen. Super Qualität made in Germany und freundlicher Kundenservice. Weiter so!

Terrible customer service. They’re selling products that are blatantly out of stock and saying they’ll arrive before Christmas when they won’t. Ordered in plenty of time. No solutions or easy offer of a refund. They’re saying it was unforeseen delays but they’re still selling other products that can be delivered before Christmas. They wanted me to buy their product from another retailer then wait for the one I ordered to show up to then send it back for a refund when it hadn’t even been shipped rather than offering a refund to start off with!!

J ai passé commande début décembre toujours rien et impossible de les joindre.ils ne répondent pas au mail.
Mon compte a été débité je suis folle.

Buy a copy from the Internet as the customer service is DIABOLICAL! We bought one (foolishly) for £150+, had it 5 months, were a normal household probably use it once a week and now it's barely sharpening. Contacted their so called customer service send me a picture they said and not heard a peep. Company's complain about their products being copied. Some companies deserve it! DONT WAST YOUR MONEY

Schwaches Produkt, unsere Messer werden nicht richtig scharf, für das magere Schleifergebnis VIEL zu teuer!!! Schlechter Kundenservice kommt noch dazu. Wir würden nie wieder so einen überteuerten Messerschleifer von Horl kaufen!!

Knives used:- 6 Global knives and 4 cheap everyday knives.

I have the Horl 2 sharpener and have also bought the 3000/6000 whetstone and leather strop.

At first, with the standard Horl 2 diamond disc and honing disc I was a tad disappointed as I had high expectations of razor sharp blades. Sadly this wasn’t the case. Don’t get me wrong, there was an improvement but not impressively sharp. It wasn’t until I took the plunge and purchased the 3000/6000 whetstone and leather strop did it really come into its own. Wow, my blades are now ridiculously sharp!! Like, stupidly sharp… so if you’re going to buy one of these, I highly recommend buying the additional discs and strop.

Also, when it comes to resharpening, it’s rapid. I’ve done all 10 of my knives in less than 30 mins. That’s pretty quick really.

I’m chuffed with the Horl 2, but as I say, only when used with the extra discs and strop.

What a huge disappointment it was to try it and find out that the knifes do not get sharp at all. I have done everything it said in the instruction and tried to sharpen multiple of my good knives, but none of them are able to cut tomatoes. Do not waste your money.

Superbe accessoire de cuisine, facile à utiliser avec un résultat comme neuf voir même mieux.
Tout de même chère avec l'ensemble de pierre en coridon pour avoir ce résultat.
Franchement pas déçu j'ai même acheté un deuxième pour offrir à un collectionneur de couteaux.

Habe den Messerschleifer seit vielen Monaten und bin immer noch Mega zufrieden damit👍👍👍

Company has excellent customer service. Delivery went missing and they despatched a replacement the next day. Works very well, although takes time to get the blade angle if knife has already got a bad edge. Once sharpened it's very quick and easy to maintain a sharp edge. Been using it for 7 months without any problems.

Bought and paid for my sharpener exactly 1 week today, tracking details show that Evri are still expecting my item leading me to believe it hasn’t even left the Horl distribution point. I emailed Horl who advised I needed to wait another 5 days then contact them again, I requested they chase with the courier but they said they can’t, I asked to cancel my order and provide a full refund they said they can’t cos it’s in transit but according to the courier details it isn’t.

May be an excellent sharpener if they could sort out delivery. For some reason they think it's a good idea to ship their very expensive knife sharpener with the worst courier EVRI. 2 failed deliveries and still no sign of it. I will be raising a dispute with my bank as still no refund received.

The product looks and feels amazing. Packaged really well. However for me that’s where it stops. Leaves knives very uneven in sharpness. Takes forever to get an ok sharpness but for £160 with delivery it should make knives extremely sharp. I get better results from a £25 diamond steel. I contacted the company to ask if I was doing something wrong etc and they weren’t any help at all really they just repeated what was in their website.

Après 4 longues semaines d'attente, je reçois le colis ! ah enfin ! mais après avoir ouvert le carton, je constate que la boîte a déjà été ouverte ! les scotchs sur les côtés qui viennent sceller la boîte ont été coupés.

Je regarde le produit à l'intérieur et je constate que le support à couteau est défectueux.. il manque un antidérapant (3 au lieu de 4). Le carton à l'intérieur où vient se loger l'outil principal est aussi fendu. Preuve que le produit à été inséré puis délogé avant moi ! donc déjà passé entre les mains d'un autre client qui l'a lui aussi retourné !!

Bref ce beau produit de qualité n'en est pas un. Le prix, le produit et le service n'est pas du tout à la hauteur de leur vitrine Web. J'ai demandé un remboursement intégral. J'attends leur réponse..
