My story is similar to the rest of us with regards to orders and receiving items, and I've sat back for a while watching this feedback, but I've had enough and I can't walk past this post, as well as others in the coincidental 5* "isn't Brad doing well" reviews as it has really triggered me.
"Absolutely love my hoodies!" - well, lucky you actually getting your order!
"They are top-tier — super comfy, stylish, and made to last" - others may disagree with you, see other posts here around the stitching.
"For someone running everything on his own, he’s still finding his feet" - no he's not, he's been running this brand for at least 3 years he says.
"but keeps pushing through the unfair negativity " - What???? Are you actually for real??? Don't know where to start with this - taking money and not delivering? And not just once but many many times.
Deleting perfectly reasonable posts that are in any way negative ... goading customers on social media with how well he's doing ... to say it's unfair is delusional.

The most pathetic thing here is that this guy has clearly asked his fan boys/girls to give him some positive feedback as his rating here is understandably abysmal. And unlike social media, he can't delete these comments. Meantime, the rest of us know the reality.
I would encourage everyone that's not already done it to report him to Devon Trading Standards as it's not right that he's ripping so many of us off.

Absolutely terrible company! Ordered on 29th November, now 21st December & nothing. Emailed several times & nothing. I would echo other reviews, wanted to support a small business, but this is shocking. STOP taking orders if you can’t fulfill them!
Great hoodie, very friendly, personal service from Brad giving advice on sizing etc. Great quality embroidery and good value for the high quality.

They're happy to post on instagram a few times a day though saying how great they are, absolute joke. Oh and they turn / delete comments of you do make a negative comment on their social media page. Hopefully there are legal implications for this company, can't just be taking people's money and deliver nothing

It’s a shame you can’t give 0 stars. Ordered 16th October, currently 15th December and no sign of a delivery. Three members of my family have tried to contact across email and instagram to no avail. Absolute scam of a company.
I placed an order with this business on the 20th September 2025.
I understood that it was a small business, and I was looking forward to receiving the order but I was aware that it may take a bit of time seeing as it was Brad working on his own.
After waiting for a month or so, I felt I should reach out to see what the Status was. I was reassured that the Order should be ready within the next few weeks again I waited.
I reached out again in November this time only to find that the business had fallen silent, emails unanswered and no updates whatsoever.
I continued to contact the business but no luck whatsoever.
We are now in December, almost three months since the order was placed, still no order and No Communication from Hook and Flanker.
I unfortunately I find that I must not recommend this company

They took my £40 in August for a shirt and it didn’t arrive. Lots of friendly-toned emails and messages later, no response (other than generic emails).
Really rubbish, don’t go there!
I placed an order at the end of October and after weeks of it being in the final stages of inspection I decided to reach out to them via email and social media, none of which they replied to, despite posting on their Instagram stories and doing TikTok lives every day. After several attempts at contacting them and no dispatch notification from the company, I had to get my refund through the bank.
Ordered the six nations fleece which I’d wanted for ages and after only a short time the embroidery on the front frayed really obviously. Contacted the company twice but no response. Really disappointed when I haven’t had it for long and high quality is advertised so strongly :(
AVOID HOOK AND FLANKER – COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
Honestly, steer well clear of Crook and Flanker. I paid for my order and got nothing. No product, no updates, no replies just a complete vanishing act. The whole setup feels seriously sketchy.
And that ridiculous photo he keeps posting on the back of his Land Rover? Don’t make me laugh. The bags are completely fake, like they’ve been slapped onto the picture with zero effort. Nothing about it matches the reality of how this “business” actually treats customers.
I’ve already reported what happened to Trading Standards, the same as other people have done, and I’d tell anyone else who’s been messed around to do the same.
Based on my experience, don’t buy from Hook and Flanker. Save yourself the hassle and avoid them entirely.
I ordered on 21st October and have still not received my item. I sent multiple emails, messaged on social media and filed a complaint but have been completely ignored. It is infuriating to see a company post 3/4 times a day on social media claiming they are doing incredibly well and making all these orders when customers are being completely ignored. By the number of reviews, it appears I am not alone. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. DO NOT BUY from Hook and Flanker. It’s a business clearly more interested in a social media following than actually fulfilling customer orders.

I have contacted trading standards to report this company and I urge other do this too!

I placed an offer on 09.11.25, supposedly shipped 22.11.25. I have not yet received my order. Yodel tracking number provided is saying “no parcel”. I have emailed the company several times, I have messaged on instagram & filled in complaints form on their website, no reply to anything!! The item ordered was a Christmas present for a child. This company have no problem taking people’s money but can’t reply to queries. I have never come across such shocking customer service, a disgrace. They don’t deserve business!! They should be named Crook & Flanker!!

After placing my order on thr 23rd October, I am yet to receive my jumper.
My emails have been ignored repeatedly and when I reached out on their tiktok live they decided to block me.
Completely unprofessional and has left me extremely disappointed.
It would appear the company care more about their social media than completing orders.
Do not order from this company. Ordered fleece and polo shirt in October. Items have never arrived. Customer Service initially replied with an explanation which was vague at best. Now sending automated replies and it’s impossible to escalate complaint. I’ve had to go via PayPal to get a full refund. Appalling company.
I never received my order, and Hook and Flanker never replied to my emails or dms regarding this. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Avoid!!!
