But very slightly cheaper on line and delivered .
No confirmation of Order.
Phoned to chase " Sorry very busy instead of promised Wed can we Deliver Thursday" I said yes.
1 box of 4 was delivered After to many phone calls of which they dont answer all there calls you get answer machine a lot. finally got rest of bed 2 days latter. Going to get it assembled tomorrow now so hope it all there and in tack
You are not saving yourself any money by using this company .

Website said garden furniture was in stock for 7 day delivery, a month later i cancelled the order after having to chase delivery numerous times being fobbed off with stick issues and different dispatch dates! Very poor service never call back when they say they will! Told me id get a refund on the 15th July and 10 days later i am still waiting!! Worried somethings going to happen and im not going to get my money back!

We have just made our second purchase with homenetproducts. As the company has only recently started to trade to N Ireland it went to great lengths to ensure safe delivery of the goods ordered. Thanks to Ashley and Pilar, who both dealt with the order, we now have beautiful bedroom furniture.

I do think there are 2 companies of this name, 1 reputable (HomeNet Products Ltd, on Amazon) 1 not so (HomeNet Products). I ordered the Classic Cube Rattan garden set 19th June, still had no delivery date by 11th July, cancelled the order 11th July, they acknowledged the cancellation 15th July, today is 24th and I am still waiting a refund to my card

We were looking for a hall console table for months and finally found the Suntana Blonde online. Homenet were the most competitive on price. When I telephoned to check that the company delivered to N Ireland it was explained that the product was not available straight away. The console table has now arrived and it was well worth the wait - it looks great!

There's a lot of bad reviews about this company however I found them to be very nice and helpful. I ordered a kids bed off their website and it come within the time they said and they where very helpful! When the bed arrived it had a small chip and they give a £20 refund which was fantastic as I said it wasn't bad enough to change the whole bed! Great service would definitely order from again!

After an initial hiccup garden furniture was delivered on time with no complaints.....advice would be to try and speak directly to company rather than to email.

They are a sham - you will end up in dispute - I'm trying to reclaim money through my credit card.

I ordered a bench from this company at the Ideal Home Show and it took three months of pestering from me before a bench was eventually delivered.
AND THEN IT WAS FAULTY.
I gave the company fair warning by email and letter that unless they responded to my concern I would take the matter up with my credit card company. They continued to ignore me.
My credit card company sorted out compensation within 48 hours of me raising the matter.
I will also contact the Ideal Home Show organisers recommending that they blacklist this company
Save yourself the hassle and go to a reputable supplier.

I ordered a garden bench 1 month ago and it took me 2 weeks to actually get an email with the order confirmation despite the money taken from my account straightway. I was promised delivery 2 weeks ago. Nothing, no response to my emails or phone calls (I can only leave voicemails).
After reading all the complaints, I am wondering as well now whether this is actually a proper company? According to google street view, this company is registered to a residential address which is odd. If no response from them this week, I will report them to Trading Standards.

Its as been 13 days now since i made the big mistake and ordered a product off there web site , 13 days since HomeNet products took £151.05 frommy account !!! I have made numerous attempts via email and phone calls to a 0845 number , i have had my calls answered twice , twice was i fobbed off and promised replys which where never made , the rest where just never answered !!! I have been i touch with Trading Standards who have told me i have to allow HomeNet Products 30 days to deliver before they are actually breaking a law !! They told me to contact my bank as most banks are now in a ( Charge Back Scheme ) to recoup my losses . How can they be allowed to get away with this ??? This could amount to theft and fraud and false advertising !!! I will not let this drop so please every one lets stop them , call trading standards and your banks . I so wish i had read the rewiews first !!!!!

I ordered a compost bin about 2 months ago. The website said "item in stock, delivery between 2-5 working days". The time went by, no sign of the item and no contact from this so called company. After about a month, I started calling. Most of the time on this 0845 number, there was no answer. On around 3 occasions I did get through, asked what was going on. I would get some rambled answer about the item being popular and out of stock. No hint of an apology. I began to think it was a bogus company. When I asked "are you a real company" I was laughed at down the phone. I responded by saying "normally real companies give you goods or services when you give them money"! More weeks passed, no communications. I eventually asked for my money back which took another 3 phone calls - the first time being completely ignored! Don't touch this place with a barge pole - use Amazon

I placed an order more than three months ago for an item that was described as having a 3-5 day delivery time. Homenet took my money the day after the order was placed. It finally arrived two days ago. I won't go into all the tedious detail, but I called and emailed numerous times and was given a variety of excuses and promises. They were always polite and friendly but dates came and went and promises to call me back were never kept. The item eventually arrived with no notice, so it's lucky I happened to be in, and in a final twist Homenet sent me an email a few hours later to tell me that it had been dispatched and would be with me in a couple of days.
In my opinion they are not crooks, just hopelessly incompetent, and have a poor business model. They make promises that they are not in a position to keep because, as far as I can make out, they do not keep items in stock but arrange with a third party to have them delivered. They therefore have no control over delivery.

Ordered a bed for my son 4 weeks ago. £232 taken day of order. No bed received no reply to emails and after numerous phone calls no further information given!! Phone very rarely answered and when it is they promise to look into it and call back and never ever do!! I have now opened an action fraud case as I thoroughly believe this company is running a scam. Luckily I have a family member in trading standards and a friend who runs a google add words company. I will ensure that as soon as anyone googles homenet products that this review will be in the top 5 results. Hopefully noone else will be left with a disappointed 3 year old asking each day when his fire engine bed is arriving. Disgraceful and disgusting company.

I ordered from this company and the website promised 7 day delivery. 38 days on - no delivery. They do not reply to emails or contact messages on their website (unless they think it is for a new order), they very rarely answer the telephone and they do not respond to voicemail messages. I have telephoned on numerous occasions and spoken to someone on 2 of those occasions. I have been told twice that they will ring me back but they do not. I was promised delivery yesterday or the day before but the goods were not delivered. Do not order anything from this company. They are absolutely hopeless.

I wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered goods on the basis of a 7-day delivery time. After that time, with no goods delivered, I phoned to be told the order had not been placed and they would do it now, but Easter was coming up so it would be longer than 7 days. After a couple of phone calls still no goods, so I cancelled the order and asked for my money back. No money was refunded so more phone calls (with the only two people who seem to be running the company, one male, one female). To cut a very long story short, more phone calls in which I just got the runaround - either a plausible excuse, or promising to take action, which never materialised. I informed my credit card company and have been sent forms to fill in, but miraculously the money has arrived in my account two weeks after I cancelled my order (although they took the money out on the very day of my ordering the goods!). This was 5 1/2 weeks after ordering. Personally I would give minus stars for this company, but as the 1 star states, 'unreasonable and rude behaviour' I cannot say this is true, they were always polite on the phone just, at best - incompetent, at worst - lying. 2 stars is 'a bad experience'.

In early April we ordered lampshades listed on their site as available with less than a week's delivery time. After speaking twice to people on the phone who promised to call back and didn't, and leaving both email and phone messages, on 30th April I got an impersonal update apologising for the delay and promising to let me know when they would be delivered. On 6th May I finally reached someone on the phone who promised to cancel the order immediately and refund the money. So far, no refund, and no reply on their helpline (which says it is manned 8am - 8pm 7 days a week). If I do not receive a response to today's email and phone message, I will have to cancel via the credit card company. They seem incompetent and disorganised, and are taking money for products that are not in stock with no idea of delivery dates.

Placed an order April told stories it was due in then not due in then due in July, cancelled my order been waiting a month now for refund!!!! Lots if calls and emails still waiting....Spending time now trying to get back from my credit card company....

I ordered a shed over the phone, the gentleman I spoke to seemed to know the range well and was able to suggest the best option for my storage needs. Would order again.

Order item 6 weeks later and several phone calls and emails later no item. Decided to cancel a week ago as of yet no refund !!!!
