Ordered 2 chests of drawers. Very quick delivery which I was happy with, however upon assembly it seems these are very cheaply made. Backboard protrudes the cabinet by over 1cm on both units. Damage to the drawer fronts and there’s gaps where the parts are not cut correctly.
Followed the instructions to a T.
When contacting customer service they offered replacement parts but as I pointed out I’d pretty much have to replace all of them to make it work and I don’t want to spend my time disassembling them in the ‘hope’ the new parts fit better!

Contacted the company to return one of the 2 bookcases I bought. The one I kept was of such poor quality I wanted to return the 2nd. I couldn’t find a courier that would do it due to the large size so I contacted the company via Manomano website (I bought it through manomano but had to contact the actual supplier). I emailed and phoned several times. I offered to pay them for the return postage etc. They repeatedly said I had to arrange the postage myself even though I told them I had contacted every courier service with no joy. They managed to send it to me so I don’t know why they couldn’t arrange pick up if I paid for it. Absolutely terrible service terrible product and terrible customer care.

Really quick with delivery and aslo good quality with furniture. We had had an issue and it got sorted out straight away .

Goods were dispatched on time from the warehouse according to the time frame given on purchase

good help on products and pre buying. but ordering 2 pieces of same range furniture was mixed. first piece delivered 8.30am first morning but had to chase delivery of the second piece as another courier was delivering it. after 3 phone calls I was reassured it would be there second day. as I had handy man booked. overall good products and prices and good help and customer service. I will use home discount again

wardrobe came within 24 hours which was amazing but some parts of wardrobe where scuffed n some small corners chipped off but i had had so much stress with a previous company i just built them amd dealt with it as i needed them up

I must clarify I did not buy directly from them but from my catalogue Studio/Ace. A single door I brought was damaged I contacted my catalogue who was not helpful at all! So done some detective work and found Home Discount LTD was the supplier to my catalogue. I googled the contact number and explained the situation, within 20 minutes I was passed to the relevant department and a brand new door was ordered.

Delivered within 2 days extra wrapped for protection from and damage. My catalogue is still yet to contact me so will buy directly from Home Discount LTD in the future

Sent me a damaged item, was poor in attempts to rectify the issue & poor communication methods making it difficult to sort any resolution - 2 weeks ongoing and the issue has still not been resolved, poor customer service.

Update:
They advised me to wait til 17/07/24 for a response I then emailed on the 17/05/24 due to lack of response, they threatened to close my case as I had not responded when I have responded and chased up a response from them myself and they sent the same response twice. They don’t read your queries or deal with them appropriately they also will not provide details for formal complaint upon request but instead ignore the question.

Disgusted! We ordered a table via Debenhams and when it arrived we just happily started building it. Non the wiser we throw out the box with the other boxes we had laying around as we moved into our new home. Once it was built we noticed deep scratches in two of the three nest of tables. We contacted Debenhams straight away and a day later they said we needed the batch number from the box and we had two options (which was stated by this company) we could get a replacement or we could get 10% back (of £60) and keep the item! What? It’s been less than 14 days we should be getting a full refund!! And £6 won’t cut it! We are living in our new house which we paid for nice things and you want to give us £6 back?? No I don’t want another product from you as you clearly don’t take pride in what you are selling! AVOID AT ALL COST! I wish I looked on hear first before ordering however as it was via Debenhams (a ‘used to be’ trusted) company, I was none the wiser
