Very good service from quotation to getting us booked in and we were even offered a cancellation slot so got it done a week before scheduled. Installation team were very friendly and polite making sure any questions I had were answered and each day left the house as if they hadn’t been there very pleasant experience all in all!

Perfection
Installation was perfect from start to finish. The installer arrived just before 9am and got straight to work. I really appreciated how they laid protective covering over the carpet, all the way through the property and up the stairs to the loft, which kept everything clean and protected. Once the job was finished, they even vacuumed up after themselves, which was a really nice touch. Very professional service and I’m really pleased with the result.

Just had our loft boarded out by this company and overall we are extremely happy with the service and the finished job!
As the job progressed we were a little dubious about the total area being completed, at NO fault to the company as it was myself and partners fault for not reviewing the quote, however the finish area looks great and will serve it's purpose for being used for storage (wife's junk)
Super easy to arrange and priced very competitive!

Very professional company
We had a new loft hatch fitted in a different location in our house plus a new wooden ladder. From start to finish we were impressed by Home Counties' professionalism. All workers put on shoe covers when visiting the property and dust sheets were used. The quotation by Stuart and his explanation of the work required was very thorough, and the price was reasonable. Bradley, who fitted the hatch, was polite and did a great job, including thoroughly cleaning up afterwards. The loft light needed relocating and an electrician visited the next working day at 8am to do the work as the firm promised. Would happily recommend!

The estimate was good and Adrian was very helpful with all my questions that I needed and that was on Monday and then I got a phone call to say they can fit the following day which was excellent news and the 2 chaps turned up about 12.00 pm on Tuesday and got to work and was done and finished in 2 hours which was great and they cleared up all the mess that they made and gave me a demo of the ladder and I was so pleased so If your after a loft ladder give these a try as I highly recommend Home Counties loft ladders as they do what they say on the tin

Absolutely Brilliant!
Oh my goodness! I was simply blown away by the kindness, understanding, service and the offer to expedite the job due to our circumstances. The team were simply the loveliest people I have come across in a long time. Daisy was super polite, delightful and understanding, taking care of our inquiry straight away. Time was taken to quickly assess the situation and offer very useful guidance. They did not try to sell me a product that I didn't need and they explained everything in a manner that I could easily understand. Adrian, called me the same day I placed my inquiry and went above and beyond to offer help and support us. To slot us in next day, was simply above and beyond. Brad, the fitter, was fabulous. He work efficiently, tidied up and even vacuumed my carpets, all whilst being super polite and offering minimal disruption. They say you only know of loft ladders when you need one, but I wish I had met this team earlier and would welcome them anytime, highly recommending them to anyone who would need a loft ladder. Truly a brilliant, hassle free experience with a high quality product! I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Very professional
From booking a quotation to completion, this was a seamless experience from a professional, well-run company. Boarding raised in the loft and extra layers of insulation (from sustainable sources) laid to bring it up to modern standards. Unwanted plastic water tank cut up and old boards from DIY job removed. Loft now fully boarded. Felt lap vents and grab rails fitted, so I have a fully accessible, usable space. Carpenter and labourer worked really hard and cleared up brilliantly. Fair price for good service and high-quality job. Definitely recommended.

This Company has the best customer service, every body I had contact with both by phone and in person were both friendly and helpful. The work started when they said it would, the people that fitted my loft ladder etc worked quickly and left the place so tidy and were always polite and friendly. The work is finished to a very high standard, would I recommend them, in a heart beat, and if I ever moved and wanted a loft ladder etc they would be my first port of call. Very professional and helpful upfront customer service... arrived on time to conduct survey and provided illustration of options available (inc. photos/videos). Clear written quote provided before departure. Didn't end up proceeding with work for various reasons, but felt comfortable they would have done a good, tidy job.
