The worst store in terms of online policy—avoid buying anything online from this company. I purchased two armchairs, and upon delivery the boxes were opened with the chairs already fully assembled. I immediately called—literally within one minute of delivery—to request a return because the size did not fit, but they flatly refused to do anything.
It’s clear why Home Center has such poor customer ratings. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of purchasing from them, but I strongly recommend that you don’t repeat it. Save yourself the frustration and buy from another store, even if it costs a little more—you’ll likely receive far better service and support.

un servicio al cliente perverso,no puedes te es permitido verificar el contenido del productos hasta no pagarlo
lo pagas y debes dirigirte y buscar de nuevo al vendedor encargado de la zona para que te abra el paquete..si ves que no es el tamaño o es lo que nesecitas debes desplazarte hasta el segundo piso para que te hagan la devolución, te dan un codigo y debes de nuevo hacer fila en la caja y rogar que tengan suficiente efectivo en la caja, para que te puedan devolver el dinero.
hoy me robaron 1 hora de mi día en todo este tramite y el colmo es que un almacen tan grande y no tengan 200.000 en la caja para una devolución y haya que esperar hasta que los junten.
si fuera un servicio enfocado en el cliente hubieran permitido abrir la cajita antes de pagarla y ni ellos ni yo hubieramos perdido tanto tiempo.

a DRAWER that is not meant to open
We bought a closet from home center for our guest bedroom. since it was for our guest bedroom you can imagine that it's only used few times per year. Just after 3 month of buying the closet, the drawer, when be opened just fell so we called the service team and after 2 WEEKS someone came and fix it. After that we had another visitor and had to sue the closet and again the drawer fell/broke and the team came again and again they took 2 WEEKS to come to fix it and when they came their advice was to NOT OPEN THE DRAWER ALOT AND DON"T CLOSE IT Completely!!! So clearly there was a product default cause a drawer with only 4 shirts inside it and being opened once in a month is not meant to break and fall. And this incident happened yet again and now we are told that the analysis is that we MISS-USED the drawer, which to be honest i don't know what that means since we just opened the drawer but apparently to the Home Center team, the drawer should not be opened! Not only is your quality bad, but your way of dealing with it it's unprofessionally and irresponsible. When you make a damaged product, take responsibility for it or do not sell it! but selling it and then noticing that a simple drawer is breaking every time it's open, which is what it's meant to do, and then not taking responsibility for is not acceptable by ANY STANDARS and specially not the UAE ones!

No compren las bicicletas eléctricas EN LINEA (tienda virtual) LAS ENTREGAN DESARMADAS ... a menos que las vendan en tú propia ciudad, para que tú pesadilla sea en menos tiempo, soy de Tunja y ha sido la peor compra que he podido hacer en Homcenter ...
1. La bicicleta la entregan desarmada, sino tienes quien te ayude es un tedio saber que cable va con que cable, armar, tener herramientas, etc...
2. El cargador me salió dañado y tuve que esperar 2 meses para que me llegará el cargador.
3. Cuando por fin tuve el cargador, la puse a "cargar" y esa vaina bicicleta no funcionó.
4. Tuve que arrastrarla 7 km con la llanta trasera frenada, para llevarla a la tienda de mi ciudad, sí usted tiene para pagar acarreo "perfecto" cuesta como 50 mil, fuera de la compra.
5. Ahora tengo que esperar otros 30 días para mirar sí me dan garantía, sino como quien dice pierde su plática? Pero obvio yo no dejaría que eso pasará, para eso existen entidades que regulan este tipo de almacenes que no garantizan el buen funcionamiento de los productos.

Hola otra vez y ,ya llevamos más de un mes pidiéndole a Homecenter que nos instale las puertas 🚪 y no ha sido posible el servicio es muy malo como ya pagamos no cumplen con el servicio ...que falta de respeto para con los clientes

Very disappointed. I have lived in the UAE for almost 4 years and have always bought my furniture at homecentre. Recently, I bought a 6 piece living room set, a bed with 2 night stands, a TV stand, curtains and curtain rails, and a kitchen stand. I had an issue with one item after delivery as it is too large to fit in my small apartment. The company refused to help me with returning only this 1 item. I am happy with all the other items. I just needed hell returning this one item or even exchanging it with something smaller.
The customer service after purchases is extremely poor and does not even attempt to help a loyal customer.
I will never purchase from here again.
Logistics, delivery, installation is nightmare
If you want to go crazy about their logistics and installation, go for it.
This is my first and last time i buy furnitures from this store.
They promise a delivery date which they don’t come, they promise an installation date, and noone shows up, you cancel your plans and meetings or get off day from work, they don’t come. You call their customer service, they say ok ok i ll deal, noone solves your issue.
This is a true nightmare, awful experience and company, never buy anything from this store.
3 piece living room set
Bought a 3 piece living room set and it is terrible, the one I got rid of was more comfortable then the one I paid 5k for, and cushions do not set flush, fabric in several places is wrinkled...was told it will "all work its way out" almost a yr now and STILL WAITING for them to "work its way out"

This place delivers items late, doesn't show up for scheduled service and the employees in stores are usually screwing around or hiding in a corner on their phone. I think this might be the single most-poorly managed business on earth.

One of the worst experiences I had with Homecentre, complain no 155362. First and foremost we bought the sofa in the month of May and already the sofa s having n issue so have sent Homecentre for repair they took it on 25th of July and it’s been 14 days they don’t have an initiation of when they will return it, firstly the CC will not call back and will keep the call on hold , today after trying for almost 5 days, the CC name Sandhya have no clue on the delivery date, she said it will take more 10 days, almost a month for repair.
Same problem we had while delivering the product and to assembly the same.

Terrible Logistics - I ordered a dining bench and two bar stools. The delivery date in the system was for the bench to come of the 7th and the stools to come on the 8th. On the 6th, whilst I'm at work the delivery driver explains he's at my house, in a panic I arrange for someone to go to my home and let them in. When I get home the other two items had somehow arrived, still packed and unassembled and left recklessly outside my place. I wasn't even aware. It was a logistical nightmare. Stick with IKEA and Amazon because the logistics are organized and you're life will be easier.

Disappointed with Home Centre’s Mattress Delivery Service
I had a very disappointing experience with Home Centre’s mattress delivery. After purchasing a mattress worth QAR 2,659, I was told it would be delivered within 5 days and within a time window of 03:00 to 18:00. However, not only did the delivery not happen within that timeframe, but I also received no communication from the team.
By 18:00, I had to call the call center myself to inquire about the status. Mr. Mohammed from the call center reassured me that the delivery would happen soon and not to worry. Unfortunately, I was made to wait until after 20:00 before the delivery driver finally called, saying it would take another 30–40 minutes to arrive.
This level of service is highly unprofessional and unethical. I understand that delays can happen, but proper communication is crucial. Customers should not have to chase down updates or be left in the dark all day. Due to the poor handling and lack of courtesy, I told the delivery driver to return the items and requested a full refund.
Home Centre needs to seriously reconsider how they manage their deliveries and customer communication. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope others are spared such frustration.

I recently ordered a TV unit from your company, and I am extremely disappointed with the installation service provided. The team sent to fix the unit clearly lacked experience — not only did they damage my wall, but the alignment of the table was completely off. I had to repeatedly point out that the unit was not straight, which was frustrating and unacceptable.
This level of service does not meet professional standards, and I expect immediate action to address the issue.
Wasted my 2 and half hr for nothing just damaged my new home wall.

Home centre furniture
Got lot of furniture from Home Centre but not worth it. Leather sofa warranty of 2 years but started pealing off within 1 year 2 months. Bed are so delicate that head board broke while just moving while cleaning.
Quality is very bad and disappointing.

My package was delivered, but my item was not in there, so I was delivered an empty box. I have been contacting the customer support line for 3 months, and have been told they are looking into this, and that they cannot give me a refund.

Placed an order, got an expected delivery date for 5 days later. Here I am 12 days later, still being told to wait 48 hours to know the status of the delivery.
The customer care has a written script - "Sir I have escalated the issue to the logistics team. We will get back to you within 24-28 hours. Sorry for the delay"
If I had a dollar for every time I heard someone from their team say sorry in the 100+ minutes I have spent talking to them over the 5+ calls, I would probably be able to place another order. But alas, all we can do is suffer under capitalism.
