Great customer service at the Click & Collect at South Ruislip store. Always very helpful.

Excellent service from Homebase in Ruislip, click and collect with everything sorted on my arrival, and a helpful staff member even gave me a hand to lift the BBQ in the car.

It was the hottest day of the year and the building was roasting. I ordered items on Click & Collect and the staff at the Helpdesk were amazing- especially the lady with bright pink hair. She never forgot to smile and made sure I was straight to the counter when my order arrived! She deserves a medal for keeping so upbeat and courteous in that extreme heat! Well Done!! Please get them all air conditioning units!!

Samantha who served us at the tills and her other team members that I never got their names. Showed their service to us above and beyond. I could even hear them going beyond for other members of the public who was also in the store. Such lovely staff here that I had to deal with.

Easy to order online and good friendly service on pick up.

The ruislip store is well stock and clean.
Jacqueline who served me was helpful and professional we need more people like her in our shops, it will make our shopping more easier.

Paid online, received a text when items were ready for collection. Went to the store and collected them from the clearly signposted desk. Staff member was polite and efficient. Selected products (picked by the staff) seem to be of good quality.

l purchased topsoil for my lawn which was heavy young man help me to load into my car.Very helpful and friendly staff excellent service from start to finish.

I went to the South Ruislip store to return an item.
Sandra was at the desk, she explained the return process and completed the transaction swiftly.
Sandra was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

Staff found the plants that I wanted and even discounted them for me as they were the last 2. Friendly checkout staff (Belinda).

Belinda was very polite, professional and friendly, nice to be served by her and made to feel welcome, makes a change.

I had attended my local Homebase in South Ruislip and managed to purchase what I was looking for. I was served by some called Susan Hogan who was extremely pleasant and easy to talk to and was served with a smile.

The sales assistant Susan Hogan was very friendly and made shopping at Homebase enjoyable.

Susan H was really helpful sorting my return and putting that towards new items, had a lovely chat, thanks Susan :)

I was served by Belinda in branch today and she was absolutely amazing in helping me find a product that was not on the shop floor.
I needed some clear orchid pots that showed online as being in stock but were not on display. Belinda was very kind when she explained a delivery had arrived that morning and she would have to check the warehouse. I anticipated a long wait but Belinda's colleague, Tina, was able to find the needle in the haystack in record time!
I can't thank Belinda and Tina enough for their help and Belinda's product knowledge is excellent!
