Homebase - Leamington Spa Anmeldelser 

We went to Homebase for our kitchen, we had some ideas but was very pleased with our consultant Daijah, she came out and measured, suggested things that we hadn’t thought of and designed the perfect kitchen. It was just as we had imagined it! Daijah wants to come and see the finished kitchen and we’re looking forward to seeing her.

Great product with quick delivery, and a reasonable price.

Ordered a new smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm online. Prompt service. I ordered one with 1 year battery. It was in-stock online but not in-store. The chap gave me a free upgrade with A10 year life!! Excellent customer service. Thanks homebase!!!!

We recently bought a kitchen from homebase in Classic Shaker Green. The kitchen itself was very good quality and our fitters installed it with relative ease! The best part of the process was the service throughout the design and ordering stage. Daijah had multiple appointments with us and was very patient as we decided between various excellent designs she put together. She recommended some great features to improve on our ideas, and also ways to save some costs to keep it within our budget. After securing quotes from at least 4 other providers we knew Homebase was the best balance of service, value and quality. Homebase and Daijah will definitely be our first stop for any future renovations!

I ordered two 29cm plant pot saucers, when I got home I noticed I had been given two 36cm ones, they are to big, so will have to return them and get correct ones

Called in to swap / replace an item. Staff could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable.

Many thanks for help and courteous service from three staff on three days at the Leamington store, Sheila,on 16th, John B., on paint selection and mixing, on 21st and Jati at point of refunding 24/9 when surplus paint was returned.

Easy to collect and 2 staff loaded it into the car boot for us

Just back from visiting the Homebase in Leamington / Warwick. I went there as they had an offer of 20% off Dulux paint. The store is painfully lacking in staff to help find things, lots of shelves empty. Not a good start but I bought my Dulux paint and a few other things but when I went to the till they said that White Dulux paint does not qualify for 20% off. I checked all the signs with the offer and right down at the bottom, it said excludes brilliant white paint in TINY writing. I asked to speak to the manager who told me that all promotions had terms and conditions as if it was my fault for not reading the tiny small print. No apology received so I walked out leaving my #80 worth of purchases. I went to the Range up the road and will certainly not be going back to Homebase.

disappointed with the time it took to get my order delivered, as it has delayed me starting my decorating , i wont be using home base again

Easy peasy collection - very helpful staff

Paula at the checkout was very helpful in getting me the right size masonry paint from the warehouse (none being left on the shelves)

I was in the store earlier in the day a lady on the information desk told me they only had the ones in the store so I went home got on my phone ordered on line within 30mins I was told my order was ready for collection so within 45 mins from my 1st visit I was back home with my goods I was not impressed so only 1star is my result no apology was forthcoming

I collected my order and Liam helped me load it all into my car. I had to make a return journey and he helped me again I did nothing he lifted all the heavy gravel bags for me. He was polite and friendly. The price was great and the Manageress is also lovely I spoke to her on the phone.

It’s so easy to explore the Homebase web site and see what’s available. It’s good to get instant confirmation about availability and collection - makes for a stress free shopping experience!

My partner and I called into the Leamington Spa branch after a family recommended the garden furniture. The floor display made it easy to choose our desired table and chairs, but unfortunately it was out of stock across all branches within 20 miles.
After seeking help from the customer service desk, they called Martin to help us out. Martin went above and beyond to help source our furniture so I could pop in the next day and arrange delivery.
The whole team were extremely helpful, with multiple team members communicating well with me to ensure I was aware of each step of the process when they experienced difficulties with the till system. Martin kept popping back, even though he was busy in the garden section.
Even though B&Q is much closer to me, I will definitely be using this store for future purchases.
