Homebase - Honiton Anmeldelser 

Popped in to collect an online order but ended up exploring the store & purchasing more items whilst I was in there, there were some lovely displays. At the checkout I was assisted by Sean, who was so friendly and helpful! Answered my questions and thanked me for returning the trolly to the store after loading up my car, which I really appreciated. A pleasant visit!

I came in to get a tin of Dulux paint but the colour has apparently been discontinued. The chap in the paint section was happy to mix up a batch for me and my daughter loved watching the machine at work! Cheers!

Recently purchased a kitchen from homebase in honiton. The designer Shannon was absolutely outstanding and I cannot praise her enough for the time and effort she put into making are dream kitchen and utility room to life. She would email back out of hours and answer all the questions we had throughout. She is an absolute assist to the Company. We love are new kitchen and utility and when we go into both the rooms we remember the wonderful service in which we received. Nothing was to much for her. She deserves all the recognition for her hardwork and dedication.

Colin ( a one man band in the garden centre) assisted my father and I with plant selections. His advice and ideas were most appreciated. He then carried the huge plant/ tree to the paydesk for us.
Highly recommend this Honiton Homebase garden centre. Plants are well organised aand cared for. Great selection and excellent value ( especially when on sale)

Hi. I went into Homebase looking for a particular paint colour. Unfortunatly it was an old Dulux colour so I thought I would have to re-start my project. Fortunately the man in the paint section said he could mix old colours on the machine which he did. Really helped me out as I didn’t know that was possible. Great service.

I was served by Grace last week & she was very personable, went above and beyond to cater to my needs!

Sean was very friendly and helpful in sorting one of the tall cube units as I wasn't sure if it would fit in my car. Found the one remaining one in stock and took it out to the car for me. Also told me it would be very easy to put together.

My second visit to this store.
Well situated and easy to find with plentiful car parking.
Items in store matched online stock levels both times - helpful when travelling a distance.
Most worthy of praise are the staff in particular today Sean who checked the tiles I wanted were in stock and walked me to the actual shelf where they were . He then proceeded to give advice re tile trim etc .

Went in looking for paint for our living room and I was struggling to find what I wanted. I approached a staff member named Sean for help and he was really helpful and explained all about the paint match service the shop offered. He was approachable and friendly and very helpful. We left with exactly what we wanted

The man with the beard on the customer service desk was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend the store to anyone!

Good value plants, team member told us they had just been watered so not to water this week. All very friendly

I use this store regularly and can’t fault the customer service. Everyone is really polite and helpful. One colleague has stood out from them all. Grace is very well educated in all her departments, lovely to talk to and it’s an overall pleasure to be assisted by her. I will definitely continue to use this store for future purchases and inquiries.

Disgusting service from the girl who was at the desk. Rude and impatient and looking me up and down. Sorry but who the hell does that girl think she is!! The man however was lovely polite and patient.
