Homebase - Harlow Anmeldelser 

Another visit to Harlow Homebase. 20% off plants was worthwhile, but still very limited stocks of other things, so did not get everything I wanted. Long queue at only cash desk that was open, but staff member (Susan) was very friendly and helpful. This store gives the impression that it is being run down and about to close, which would be a real shame. In the past it was much better stocked and a more attractive place to shop.

Susan my sales assistant (095740) was simply a delight. She really helped with my query. Then made idol chit chat which really made my day. I don't want having the best of days and she just made things so much better with giving me her time.

Managed to get everything needed. Served by a very polite and helpful person on the tills, called Harry.

I came to collect an order but also bought some compost. Really lovely lady called Susan helped me. Very cheerful and helpful and quick service. She made my day!

A lady woking helped by getting me a trolley when she saw me struggling with plants. When I got to the till my young son said he needed the toilet and the Harry who was working on the till was very helpful and looked after my purchase while I took my Son.

Friendly, organised. One member of staff lifted and put things so the car for me.

Easy to order, was ready to collect on the day they said. Received a message to say we could collect it. Item was at the till when we arrived.

Found exactly what I wanted straight away spoke to person about item was good advice pay out the door easy

Orders two items from Homebase, computer said three in stock, got a phone call from Homebase to say only have one but, a Manager was going to another branch and will pick one up from them, So the two items will be in couple of days.
Very polite on the phone , explained everything to me, apologize for the delay, when I picked up the items ,it was from the young lady who phoned.

The store is always clean, tidy and there is sufficient staff to help with queries. The staff are always friendly and polite. I was served by Lisa who was polite, friendly and helpful. It is nice to see a happy face.

I rang the store to ask if they had 4 particular plant pots in stock. Susan sent someone to check and then put them by the counter for me on a trolley. When I arrived I took a trolley in with me. Susan said to leave that and someone would put it back so I could take the resdy loaded trolley. I also asked if they sold another item, and was directed clearly to where it was. Susan was very helpful and friendly.

The staff at Sainsbury’s Homebase are always so helpful. Denice especially was great today - thank you
