Homebase - Hanworth Anmeldelser 

First the order couldn't be found on the system. I pointed out the items on the shelves behind, but when we looked at them all three bags were split and some of the contents had spilled out.

Despite no notice being given that one item was unavailable to be collected (due to the website incorrectly claiming it was in stock), the employee staffing the click and collect desk was rude, unhelpful, and unsympathetic for both this situation and in determining if an alternative item was in stock.

Excellent, friendly staff, who provide an exceptional service. Highly recommended.

I have been painting a new flat for a while and every time I have been served by Scott in the paint section of Hanworth Homebase and he has been beyond helpful to me and every customer going to him for advice/help.

I cannot but give top marks to the 2 gentlemen who made my paint shopping at Homebase Feltham today an absolute joy. Cullum and the manager James ensured I was well received, respected, advised properly, could not have provided me with better customer service. I am so grateful for their help and professionalism. I will be a regular shopper at this branch. Than you.

Staff were very helpful but unfortunately on arriving home I noticed one of the products was damaged!!!!!! Makes me so cross as I now have to make another trip.

We were looking for advice on buying a Homebase kitchen and after one bad experience with the person dealing with use from our local store in Hanworth branch we decided to shop elsewhere but then we met with Manali and had excellent help . She has exceptional knowledge of the products and was so capable when it came to changing sizes of units within the kitchen plan.She help us with arranging finance and wsa willing to answer any questions we have.I can’t say enough about this girls customer service satisfaction and willingness to help. I needed a small kitchen for my rental property and i ended up in Homebase as there was a sale going on. My kitchen was designed by a lovely lady called Ms Manali and she designed a reasonable kitchen for me as per my requirements, A very happy customer and the end results turned out to be amazing. Very happy customer. Furthermore, I had one door delivered with wrong size which was replaced immediately once informed to Ms Manali.

Easy online ordering, click and collect easy, staff friend helpful even carrying goods to car!

I went to Homebase Hanworth and bought 3 items this morning. When I went to pay there was a long queue as only one till operator. I heard the assistant( Tanya) call for till operators to help her but no one came.Two members of staff walked past the queue and the woman said ‘ she’s called for help” I heard the lady on the till( Tanya) call for help again. Then after a while a male came from behind the till and opened up another till. I was served by Tanya who considering she had had no support from her colleagues was extremely professional and realistic about the situation. In other words she just had to get on with it. She was working flat out to cope which she did very well. Why didn’t one of the two members of staff who walked past just jump on a till to clear the backlog? Well done to Tanya for battling on and still being friendly and helpful.

Even though it was really busy, plus trying to do tasks through her headset and was on her own, Tanya gave great customer service.
Every time I have been into this store Tanya has always gone above and beyond to be helpful and give great customer service!

Easy to return unused paint and get a refund. Emails were received to confirm the return. Service at the till was excellent.

So had to order online to get discount which is fine but the lady I picked up from just handed over lawnmower without a word telling me where receipt was I had to ask was it going to be emailed to me she said yes . I just get the feeling the staff couldn’t give a damn . The queues are very long with few staff working tills when it’s busy .

We came in twice and both times received friendly, professional and helpful assistance by all the staff we spoke with. One in particular who stood out was Bobby who, even though we managed to catch hr both times as she was leaving, was more than helpful and a real credit to the store.

I would like to personally say how helpful Nicola who served us today was. She noted a missed offer, she arranged assistance for an additional item and packed our larger items. Honestly the service today was fantastic outstanding! Thank you
