No problem with the order
The women who served me was putting something away and didn’t acknowledge me even though she law looking at me, then she asked was I ok and I said yes are you ? To which no reply
She asked for order number
Which I had ready on my phone and showed it to her
She got my order and passed it over to me, all the time chewing gum, not a good look at all in my book
As a business owner I don’t allow my staff to do this on the shop floor as it looks very unprofessional

Homebase Gateshead. I bought a garden birdbath online. The communication was excellent. When I went to collect it, the staff had it all ready for me. Jamie and Alex were so helpful and friendly that it was a pleasure to shop at Homebase.

Needed to get some paint mixed as renovating a recently moved into house. Was helped by Sandra - she was very efficient and helpful and provided a very quick service, answering any questions I had. In general the staff at homebase gateshead are friendly and helpful in my experience!

I visited Hombase at Gateshead Retail Park to try and get a match from a paint flake from my home. I was greeted with a smile from the checkout where the assistant kindly put a request over the tannoy for help with a paint request.
Dawn came to assist and was professional, pleasant and explained my options. I chose to go with a scan of the paint chip and purchased a sample. Returning home the sample is a perfect match. Delighted and many thanks to Dawn and Homebase.

We had some fantastic help from the lovely Brian B. I unfortunately dropped a pot of paint in the car park and Brian B came and cleaned it all up for me. He was so helpful and kind about it all. Please pass on my thanks!

Needed some sharp as I had underestimated for the job. Unfortunately discovered there was no sharp sand left in the Gateshead Team Valley branch, but luckily bumped into Robson and Ben who were happy to check the stock and grab me some sharp sand from the warehouse. Top lads!

Limited Homebase communication by text (no specific day of item delivery). In fairness, this could have been caused by the Microsoft international disruption. Item left with neighbour but no slip was left on my doormat.
However, item was despatched swiftly and duly arrived in good time, so well done.

Faye was super helpful and informative when I was buying paint today, also very friendly and happy.
