Homebase - Ewell Anmeldelser 

Very disappointing overall 4 separate deliveries and one Q for collection for a single container of paint not delivered.
I had asked for a single pick up from Ewell.

I ordered something on click and collect which all went well up until getting home I noticed the items lid was broken. That was my first disappointment. I had to drive back to the store and eventually left with an intact item but it was too painful trying to get the lady on customer service to understand that they could replace the broken lid using another, slightly different unit that had the same lid by switching lids. In addition she made far too much fuss that I didn't have a till receipt and just the click and collect documents - which is all you get. Finally, no apology. Really couldn't have done any less.

Always an excellent service at Homebase. Love, love, love the store. Only very sad that a lot of them closed down including 3 local ones to me. Thank goodness the Ewell one is still there! 😊

Ordering online was a doddle. Item out of stock but was restocked within two days and I was kept fully informed. The lady at Customer Service desk was brilliant and mop was so well wrapped in plastic, it looked like a broomstick (for which I have a 😉 full riding licence) and so I'm happy.

One of the storage boxes was in very poor condition. The large wreath storage box was badly scraped underneath and one of the clips was broken off.

We found a coffee nest table in store in the sale, but couldn’t find it online. We asked TJ at customer services whether they had any more in stock. That was the only one they had left according to the computer. TJ went out of her way to help us, checking stock levels at other stores and then went to see if it was on display somewhere else to see if she could sell one of the display items. Suddenly TJ appeared with an unopened box of what we wanted. It’s quite easy for someone to just look on the computer and say sorry we don’t have it. Thanks TJ

Brilliant help when we over bought paint. Let us swop for a different colour. Very friendly and helpful service. Especially Tracy and Kat in customer service.

A++ nothing is ever too much trouble every time I visit Homebase in Ewell! The team working there are always willing to go above and beyond to help ensure I find what I want. I ordered paint online and it was ready for collection with a smile within literally a few minutes!

So clear and efficient to organise. So friendly and easy to collect in store.

I ordered paint online and was able to collect it in a couple of hours. It is a very efficient service.

Online ordering was straightforward. My dining chairs were ready and waiting for me at the Ewell store. Ready assembled and great looking - perfect!
