Great quality of goods , price good but only as in the sake. Not many delivery date options but delivery was on date and time stated

Charcton and Dan helped us in store we was looking for a bright purple paint and he advised us that we can mix the colour we wanted and Dan mixed up the purple colour both very helpful lads and smiling happy to help my experience was amazing and worthwhile.

My trip to Homebase this morning was great. A lady called Leanne helped me with everything I needed to buy today.

Ordering through their website was easy, Order was delivered to my local store within a few days and collection was straightforward. Staff at the store were friendly and helpful

The shop was Absolutley boiling on a hot day like today. There were members of staff stood round looking lost even when there was a queue gathering at customer services. The lady behind customer services was dealing with a phonecall and another lad came to the tills with a customer. Numerous staff members could see we were waiting and ignored us. We then were given our item (a lawnmower) and were not offered any assistance to the car. Staff members watched myself and my elderly mother struggle with a heavy lawnmower to our car.
EDIT: I have since had a courtesy call from the Coventry store manager James who was very helpful and sorry for the services we had received. He was super helpful and understanding of my point of view and ensured I left a very happy customer. I hope next time when I return all of the staff deal with customers like he does! :)

On my visit a couple of days ago the staff, Charlton and Pete, couldn’t have been more helpful. Pete not only loaded my trolley for me but accompanied me to the car to load it up. Most appreciated as it was three bags of topsoil. Charlton on the till was very polite but friendly. I have been impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff on several occasions which is why I keep coming back.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Homebase Coventry, where I booked a design appointment with Ryan Merridew. From the outset, Ryan was incredibly professional and well-managed, guiding me seamlessly through the entire design process. His expertise and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of my project was carefully considered and tailored to my needs.

After finalizing the design, Ryan recommended a fitter named Ali to execute the project. Ali went above and beyond, working tirelessly for five long days to ensure that everything was completed on time and to the highest standard. His dedication and skill were evident in every detail of the installation.

Thanks to Ryan and Ali, what could have been a stressful process turned out to be incredibly smooth and satisfying. I am delighted with the results and would highly recommend Homebase Coventry to anyone looking for professional service and exceptional quality. Their team's commitment to excellence truly sets them apart.

Helpful and courteous staff.
I went into Homebase to view some kitchens with my elderly parents. A member of staff approached us when we indicated some advice was needed.
She listened carefully to the needs of my parents and made the whole process a very pleasant experience. We all left very happy.
Within an hour, I received a call from the member of staff to keep us updated with dates and times.
I would highly recommend using Homebase (Coventry) for kitchens and fitters and customer care.

Top marks for Katie @Homebase Coventry store for helping us with our new amazing kitchen. I didn't know Homebase did kitchens - it was our builder, who recommended we check Homebase for new kitchen. The unit frames are sturdy and they arrive assembled (they are produced in the UK) and there is a good choice of door front colours available.
Katie was amazing, guided me through the design process and the financial options (Homebase offers buy now and pay later and interest free credit options). Katie did a site visit to confirm the measurements were right and that what we planned will physically fit in the space. I made multiple trips to the store to nail the final design and made multiple changes and Katie was always welcoming, informative and friendly. In terms of appliances, we went for a mixture of Homebase appliances and other 3rd party - Katie was designing the kitchen that was meeting my needs over plugging their own products. And when Katie was away on holidays her colleague would pick up my emails and provide information. The whole experience was hassle and stress free and it's definitely down to Katie's expertise.

Most decitful unproffesional and cunning company and very poor unproffesional cunning suppliers. The sales team keep emphasing 20 years guarantee and any problem things will ne replaced free of charge and that was never the case which I found out.
I previously purchased a kitchen from wick which lasted 15 years and was in good shape when removed.i had problem with home base from the beginning and they were only intrested getting me to sign the agreement to sell the kitchen.i was recommended a kitchen fitter who spoke very little English and wanted cash.my kitchen was left half finished and in a complete mess.i had alot of problem with home base suppliers.i had a lot of issues with fitting and the whole fitting started to discolour and this reported to sale consultant.ryan the consultant came to see the kitchen and was horrified and took measurement and photographs and passed them to their suppliers.who after many weeks send me an email to say it was wear and tear and I had the kitchen less then a year and things started misfunction 3 to six month after fitting.i am retired and it is a large investment which I can't afford. I am absolutely disgusted and would like this issue resolved.

Ryan was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the kitchen products and appliances. I found him to be approachable, friendly and went above and beyond as he always replied to my messages even on the weekends. I would highly recommend .

Arrived to a clean & well set out store. All the staff I spoke to were friendly, courteous and professional.
Overall it was a pleasant experience and, although it’s a bit out of the way for me, I wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Was supposed to be next day delivery but it was a week.
Chairs are slightly damaged, presume from being stacked

Click and collect easy to use online, went in greeter on door pointed me the right direction for the collection point, the person there was busy, so young lad who greeted me came over and got my item so I didn’t have to wait, so quickly and easy with excellent customer service, can recommend and will use again, first experience of this store very impressed

Poor service. When i ordered they gave me broken item. Very disappointed and poor service. The staff name is Lucas( please give him proper training to how to behaviour to customer) . He only refund me quantity 01.again I went 8th July to ask for my quantity 02 refund. Today I served another staff. He apologised my inconvenience and Warm welcome.

I honestly can't thank Ryan enough! he's been absolutely amazing . Ryan went above and beyond from start to finish! He helped me design my dream kitchen ,it
didn't stop when we paid for the kitchen. Ryan was available to help me with any concerns & came out when our kitchen was fitted. He sorted out a few problems very quickly. We're so happy with our new kitchen & customer service from Homebase.
