well done to David at Bodmin branch for helping us with our large paint purchase & he was extremely helpful & gave some discount so we could get the amount we needed well done .

Order was made ready to collect quickly, good communication. I have Covid anxiety , the sales assistant at Bodmin was polite, pleasant and considerate. Will visit again .

The kitchen he planned for us is exactly what we wanted. His knowledge is second to none and his customer service is amazing.

We ordered a new kitchen after having Paul come out and draw a design for us. Service was excellant and delivery was arranged when we were ready for it . During the fitting of the kitchen by my husband , we realised we needed a couple of extra pieces . I emailed Paul and these were ordered and arrived within days . All in all , a good experience all round and now I have a fabulous new kitchen

All sorted after slight miscommunication

We have just ordered a new kitchen from the Bodmin store. We were dealt with by Steve who was knowledgeable and skilled in designing the kitchen that we wanted.
Steve was patient with us and didn’t make us feel judged. Most importantly we did not feel pressured into buying anything this has been a barrier when looking for kitchens

Great service and store assistant was very helpful.

I ordered, I collected. The member of staff behind the Click and Collect point was helpful and pleasant. What more do we need!

Dave served me in the Bodmin store. What fantastic service. He couldn’t have done more to help me choose my bbq. We had a great conversation and he even took the time to get the correct size cover for it. I was truly blown away. What’s lovely man 😊

I paid to have my shed constructed and you have not done that nor called me to arrange for it. It’s just a pile of wood in my garden. Want to see that photo? Unimpressive.

Jo's extensive knowledge and experience made a real difference to our experience. She took the time to understand our needs and provided expert advice that has helped make our garden look incredible.

Paul Kelsey was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, very friendly and very easy to talk too, he did all the measurements and then set up a beautiful design that was perfect for us, highly recommended him
